Excellent transfer service. Booked online and had good email communication confirming booking and pick-up times. No payment was taken up front. On arrival the driver met us in the airport. The car was very comfortable and had a good selection of videos for the kids to watch. For our return journey the driver was very prompt and we had a great journey back to the airport. Would absolutely use this company again.
What a great start to our family holiday, driver was waiting on us on arrival at CDG airport. Vehicle was spotless, driver very courteous and helpful. Would I use again 100% yes. Honestly stress free knowing I wouldn't have to worry about trying to navigate to my hotel. Vehicle had air-conditioning and TV and to be honest we all felt like VIPs. I thought the price was very reasonably and would recommend to anyone visiting DLP that you book this transfer service as its an experience that I and my family will always remember. Thank you .
I was honestly a bit wary of booking a hotel transfer as it took no money upfront so I thought what if they don’t show up. Not only did they show up on time they communicated with me before the pick ups times both to and from our hotel which put me at ease. Car seats were already in the car waiting for us. As soon as our driver met us he took our luggage and transported it to his vehicle. We had a good variety of Disney movies in the car to pick from and the driver himself was very friendly and took time to explain to us how the tv worked. Overall a great and calm experience. Glad I chose this over a shuttle bus transfer! I will definitely be booking again for our next visit. Thanks a lot!
Our experience was really smooth. The drivers were on time for both journeys despite disruption to our flights. The car was clean and our 2-year-old loved watching Disney films on the journey.
A great service, easy to book and answered any queries very quickly. The driver was waiting for us, patiently I must add due to passport control system issues, and the drive was smooth, in a cleanable nd luxurious vehicle, and the grandaughter loved being able to watch Disney films on the way. The return was just as good, and I would highly recommend to anyone

It was fantastic Driver texted to say to let him know when we were at luggage collection , he was waiting and helped with suitcases, gave us car seats for children then asked what they wanted to watch. Drive was quick Also transfer back arrived on time for us and had looked to see what terminal we were at Excellent service

Our experience is top class. The driver was very helpful and honest and respectful. The taxi was clean and in good condition. It even had a TV which the driver himself offered to switch on and it kept the kids happy and occupied
