They went to the places I wanted to go almost exactly as I wished. Since I don't speak Japanese, I managed with Google Translate. I was able to shop with peace of mind at a recommended shop. They also told me things I shouldn't do.
Very expensive for what it is and, furthermore, we were ripped off; the price was almost 700 dollars and the driver showed up in his personal car, with dog hair, an uncomfortable car for the 4 people that we were (my husband and my two daughters). At that price, what you expect is VIP transport, not tacky. Then the sites to visit are super basic, you don't have time to visit anything properly. I do not recommend this excursion at all

Are you sure you are referencing to our product? If that is a true review, then we will have a conversation with the tour guide about the cleanliness' of his vehicle. Additionally, we supply vehicles based on the number of guests. Our tour guides are not limo drivers and operate regular vehicles with sitting capacity according to the party's size. Thank you

Very experienced guide (Jeff) who customised our day perfectly. He adapted and changed as we asked for different sites and vista. Very knowledgeable and 6 hours flew by. Would thoroughly recommend him

Jeff was an amazing tour guide. A very safe driver and incredibly knowledgable. He was flexible and took us to all the places we requested and made the day very special for me and my mum.
Jeff was amazing! He picked us up from the airport, took us to all of the iconic sights and knew an incredible amount of history. He was great with my son and had much patience. The pier was our highlight and I would recommend you spend some time there. No request is too wild for Jeff! I will definitely be coming back and requesting him for future tours.
I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see all the different areas that surround LA. I checked out the popular, touristy areas and I'm satisfied with my experience. I loved seeing the ocean, the beautiful architecture of all the different homes, etc. My tour guide was knowledgeable and even took pictures of me in front of several popular areas which I appreciated. This tour packed a lot in 6 hours.
The tour was great. We made changes to itinerary and visited the tar pits. Our guide Cesar provided a fantastic experience. I would recommend this excursion for anyone with a few hours to see sights in LA.
