They did not provide snacks, fruit, water and soft drinks as written in inclusions. They also did not provide snorkelling. When I asked the guide at the beach he said ok and then disappeared until it was time to leave. The island itself was amazing, the lunch was good. When I gave feedback to the company Bella trips and requested partial refund for lack of snacks and snorkelling they were rude and said they would send the snacks to my hotel and lied and said that I refused snorkelling. I would recommend visiting the island with a different tour operator.
The best tour/agency I used in Hurghada! Their taxi driver was very friendly, funny, and spoke English very well. The speedboat was excellent—high quality and comfortable. The captain was very sociable and professional. Overall, we were very happy with this activity and highly recommend it!
