My flight into Santa Marta got rerouted and I very quickly received a WhatsApp message checking on me and whether or not I would need the car at a different time. They kept in constant communication and were very patient with all of the delays due to the airline. They were kind and did everything they possibly could and picked me up even though my flight was over 4 hours late.

Easy to book and pre-pay, driver was very helpful with our bags and the vehicle was large and clean. There was an accident and traffic was very backed up in the way to the airport so our driver was a few minutes late, but another private driver at the airport immediately found us and explained the situation, which was greatly appreciated.

I booked airport transportation through the Marriott app and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent and very clear through WhatsApp, which made everything smooth and stress free. When I arrived at the airport, my driver Gabriel was waiting for me with a sign that said Happy Birthday, which was such a thoughtful and special touch that truly made my day.
