Rejsende fra hotel og villaer bliver hentet i hovedlobbyen på et bestemt tidspunkt Rejsende fra krydstogtskibe i Ocho Rios bliver samlet op på Star Bucks Cafe uden for krydstogtskibsmolen. Rejsende vil gå direkte til Blue Hole og direkte tilbage til afhentningsstedet, efter at Blue Hole Tour er afsluttet, rejsende kan stoppe ved shoppingområdet på vej tilbage til afhentningsstedet (valgfrit).

Very professional driver, all went very smoothly, strongly recommended. The car was in good condition.
Website gave incorrect information, causing delays to the trip and the driver nearly refusing to take us to correct location. Please update website or give the driver correct information!! We booked shuttle only to the cascade blue hole, as the address on the website (see screenshot) gave this address. We had already booked the tour for cascade blue hole. The driver however took us to a different blue hole and told us we could not go to cascade blue as the shuttle had been booked to a different one. He told us we’d need to pay for a new tour and would not take us to the correct one (which was 7 mins up the road). We spent 20 minutes debating this with the driver who called management and refused to accept the address on their website was wrong. After going round in circles and showing evidence of this multiple times we were finally taken to the correct blue hole, however we’re still told by management they didn’t believe us. Was very expensive and the roads weren’t that bad (some potholes) so we’d have saved a lot of money just driving ourselves. Also: no snacks or refreshment were provided as advertised. This trip was so amazing! At first we were skeptical because it was a girl’s Birthday trip. I can tell you from the Airport during the stay back to Airport. Emanuel and Xavier were two caring people who reassured us that at all times we will be I. Their best interest for safety and most of all allowing us to have fun. Xavier took us out in this awesome tour to Blue hole where we all had a blast! We explored white water rafting with lime massage! a MUST have! horseback riding was a great experience! Nothing Short of an Amazing Awesome Birthday experience! Thanks again for those amazing gentlemen!

I booked transportation this tour- transportation only. As you can see from the photos, he started texting me at 11pm the night before, which should have been my first indication of a problem (RUDE!). He confirmed pick up time for the next morning and said that I would need to pay for admission when we arrived at the excursion. The next morning, he said the same thing again and when I mentioned that I had already purchased admission from another tour operator, he refused to pick us up, causing us to miss our excursion! I seriously don’t understand his point about me already having purchased from someone else because he was only paid for transportation. I’m not sure if he gets a kickback from everyone he brings or if he was going to try to scam us or something (notice he asked how much I paid), but where I purchase my admission tickets from is totally irrelevant to him transporting us to the place. He should NOT be used or the description should be edited to add “MAY ONLY purchase admission when you arrive.” Extremely upset.
We Folkesfortoursjamaica apologize for the misunderstanding,the driver that was assigned to pick up the guest for the blue hole round trip transportation told us that the guest for that tour already booked with another company for the blue hole tour with another company and wanted a refund ,that is why your transportation to your blue hole tour was cancelled and funds refunded ,we Folkesfortoursjamaica only provide transportation to the excursions,we do not collect cash ,checks or participate in any money transactions with guests or excursions where guests are concerned when tours or excursions are booked through third party booking sites ,as it seems we where mis informed in such ways and we are apologetic for any inconvenience our cancellation may cause.

Great time and learned a lot about Jamaica. Felt very safe as sanitary on our tour. Ate some local jerk food and even found a brownie reggae man.
