Om morgenen henter din venlige private chauffør dig fra dit hotel i Shanghai og går op til Wuzhen, en 1.300 år gammel vandby beliggende i det nordlige Zhejiang-provinsen. Efter ankomsten kan du gå en tur langs den gamle bydel og lære om Wuzhens historie fra din guide. Nyd en lokal frokost, og tag derefter en afslappende bådtur langs kanalerne om eftermiddagen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Mr. Shen! The car was clean and comfortable, and he provided smooth door-to-door transportation throughout our Wuzhen trip. We enjoyed the relaxed pace of the journey and appreciated his safe and careful driving. Professional, reliable, and friendly—highly recommended!
Service was well coordinated between travellers, driver and an English speaking coordinator via WhatsApp or WeChat. Our driver spoke basic English, took us to the ticket purchasing offices and set up meeting points. He used language translator as needed. Everything is at our pace, the driver is punctual and drive very carefully.
Xizhua Watertown is worth doing. Donzhen and Xitang are way overrated. Don't waste your time and money doing them. Xitang night lights are a joke.

I had a great day visiting Wuzhen and Xitang. From the beginning planning things out with Alana the tour operator it was all great. Mr Huang picked me up on time and the drive was comfortable and he always made sure I had water at hand. Even without him speaking English communication was great. He would point out things on his translator as well as me using mine. Alana as well helped me all day throughout the self guided tour. Wuzhen and Xitang are quite beautiful. Both with similarities but big differences as well. This tour is totally worth it since it shows you both. Whenever I had a doubt, issue or question Alana made sure to guide me and help me out right away. Even finding recommendations from a tour guide for me to check things out in Xitang. In the afternoon it was pouring rain and thunder when we headed towards Xitang. For a moment I thought I wasn’t gonna be able to see it but Alana and Mr Huang patiently let me wait in the car for a while til the rain went down. Im very grateful to both Alana and Mr Huang. I got to experience everything in the itinerary and saw Xitang at sunset which was quite beautiful! Its my first time doing a self guided tour like this. Im looking forward to doing more like this with this tour operator in my next visit to Shanghai! Hope to have Alana and Mr. Huang helping once again. Thank you very much! :)
A seamless and enjoyable experience! Mr. Shen was a courteous driver, and the rides were very comfortable. Alana was incredibly helpful—coordinating all logistics, assisting with payment issues, and even arranging a new pick-up spot when I got lost. The historic destinations were full of charm and blissfully uncrowded the day after the public holidays. Highly recommend this self-guided tour!
Shen was punctual, courteous & obliging. The ride to and fro was smooth without incident. A definite asset to your company and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
My driver Shen arrived 15 minutes early (for 8:30 am start) in a clean quiet Tesla and provided excellent service and safe driving for my ride long distance excursion. Once we arrived at Wuzhen he parked in a nearby lot then escorted us personally to the ticket counter for the water attraction to ensure we were able to get started without an issue. Shen waited patiently while we explored Wuzhen for over two hours then it was on to the next attraction where he once again guided us to the front entrance. When asked when we should come back to the car he replied whenever we wanted to leave. Before we left Shen reminded us we may want to use the portable restrooms in the parking lot (which we certainly did) since the ride back would take over two hours. We finally got back to our hotel at around 6:30 so it was a long day for our driver but he didn’t seem fatigued or annoyed about the long day of driving and waiting for us to find our way back from our sightseeing.
highly recommend this tour service! everything was so smooth. the driver was very helpful in translating and allowed us flexibility to decide ourselves how to divide our time between the towns. the tour coordinator was easy to contact and well-organized. 10/10 experience!
