Was picked up by Anthony. He was on time, careful driver and talkative and friendly. A dependable service that I would hire again.
We paid a big premium for a VIP transfer but it was anything but. We were told to meet the jet lag cafe. We went to the jet lag cafe at arrivals where all the other drivers were waiting with signs. We kept on calling the driver and he insisted he was there. It turned out he had went to a completely different jet lag cafe which you had to go up a ramp after you got to the first jet lag cafe, past where all the other drivers were waiting and in a completely different part of the airport. It was very frustrating. I had asked for drinks in the car and there was no drinks, and they said as a huge favor to me for having messed up pickup that we could take a detour and buy them. I demured. The car was an SUV (a little elderly) but otherwise fine. We did not get a choice of music.

Music and beverages were indeed offered. The driver provided his phone so you could play your own music, which was declined, and you requested English music only, which was respected. Regarding drinks, you were personally contacted by the owner of the company prior to your arrival and informed that beer would be provided at no cost, even after you offered to pay in advance. This was a courtesy extended to ensure your comfort. Additionally, the driver was waiting at the official airport pickup location, and the brief delay of approximately five minutes occurred because you were in a different area and declined to proceed to the designated meeting point. We later attempted to contact you to further address your concerns and offer additional compensation, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. Our company takes pride in honesty, professionalism, and customer care, and we stand by the service provided in this case.
Carlos' service was excellent! Its communication and collection service was very simple. I will recommend it to my friends and family.
We were flying to Punta Cuna airport and needed transportation to La Romana cruise terminal. We missed the ship in San Juan because our flight was canceled, so we were sent to Punta Cuna but the cruise terminal was one hour away. We had a very small window of time to arrive at the ship before it departed. Our driver got us there in time, we boarded our ship and was able to start our cruise. Thank you Viator for being at the airport early (our plane landed earlier than expected) and getting us to the ship in a timely manner.
Carlos was excellente. He had my name on a clipboard. Took me to my destination, helped with my luggage and confirmed the return pickup. He responded well, ( no problem) to the change in time for the return. On time and courteous and helpful. Wonderful experience. Thanks
Miguel was so friendly and on time each time for our R/T transfers from Punta Cana to La Romana. His SUV was very comfortable and clean. We had 3 people and 6 bags. There was room for more!!
