Our driver was on time, (maybe a little bit early). He was helpful and courteous. His driving was excellent. After dropping us off at the correct gate, an airport employee told him he was at the wrong gate. Not his fault. We would recommend this service to others.

This company made my transport from the airport to the hotel and back super smooth, easy, and comfortable. I was very anxious about getting to the hotel safely and from the moment I got into the car I felt very safe. We communicated with the company through what's app when we landed and they told us exactly where to meet with a sign with our name. Our driver, Alex was very welcoming and informed us about different hotels and excursions we passed on the way. He offered us cold water and drinks during our drive. Would definitely use this company again!

Transport from PUJ to Grand Sirenis Resort: The experience was very good! We were a group of 15 people, and everyone fit very comfortably in the vehicle. The driver was very nice—helpful, humble, and very welcoming. Although he couldn’t communicate well in English, he did his best, and it gave us a chance to practice our español! Overall, the service was satisfying, comfortable, and reliable. Definitely a 5-star experience!
