Arrived on time. Great communication prior to arrival. Very clean van. We arrived in the evening with kids so it made things a lot easier. Highly recommended.

Anna and team did a fantastic job with our transfers from/to airport. The drivers were reliable, punctual, and drove safely with clean vehicles. During my time in Hanoi, my family of 12 needed to get driven to several restaurants, hotels, and nail salons. Although this was not advertised, I reached out to Anna and she was able to coordinate all the rides throughout my stay. She did a fantastic job in communication - always professional and clear on pricing. I would definitely book them again!

The service was great and fast, I did not worry about anything! Anna asks a lot from the time of scheduling, in the organization of the meeting with the driver, during the trip and the next day, really a first-class service. The driver, Mr Liem, was already at the location and the trip was calm.

Very nice drop off service. I booked this because my hotel was going to charge double the price. Anna was responsive, communicative via WhatsApp and was very helpful. I paid a little extra to have two drop offs (my family stayed nearby). Minh picked us up and it was a great experience without all the confusion at the airport.

Anna received a call from the back desk operator and driver Mr. Hoan just before leaving and joining contacts (WhatsApp). Because the 10th Pillar car is very crowded, not seeing Huan but immediately contacted Anna to help with the handling. Get in the car soon received confirmation of Anna's concern, touched. The Mr. Hoan people were not speaking, but the service was in place, and they were all assisting with the luggage. Driving does not always press the speaker, only flashes when the front car is slower! When we arrived at the property and received a message of concern from Anna, it was a pleasure.

Have used Hanoi Transfer Service for transfers from Hanoi airport into the city/return and the same in Ho Chi Minh City over the years. The trips have always been easy to organise and the vehicles waiting for our arrival or departure. Excellent service and communication. I booked a transfer from the international airport to our Hotel near Hoan Kiem Lake for our family of 5. Anna provided clear instructions and is very responsive via email or what's app. The 16 seater had lots of room for us and our luggage. Driver, Mr Minh, was waiting as described with a sign showing my name. It was a smooth ride to the hotel. Highly recommend this service.

My wife and I used their transfer service to and from the airport. Before the appointments, Anna communicated well and made sure I knew the name and license plate of the driver picking us up. For the airport, there were clear instructions for the meeting area with Mr. Hoan, our driver. We had a question come up while trying to find the area and Anna answered our question in a minute and checked to see that we had gotten in touch with the driver. Upon pickup at our hotel, Mr. Minh, came into the lobby to find us and walk us to the car. Both rides were great. Overall a nice, easy experience.
