The driver arrived on time. He is tidy & professional, friendly and helpful in loading & unloading the luggage. The ride to the airport was smooth.
We use JG three time - for a transfer from the Barcelona airport to our hotel, from our hotel to the cruise port and from the cruise port back to the airport. each time the drivers were on time or early, the cars were very clean, and the trip was professionally handled. We were a part of 5 with 5 large suitcases and we had a 5 year old who needed a car seat (they provided the car seat). The cars easily accommodated our needs. I highly recommend this company. The communication before our trip was excellent. One of our flights landed nearly 4 hours late and J&G easily accommodated the change in schedule. They monitored the flight times, provided me updates and was waiting at the airport when our daughter arrived despite the 4 hour delay.
