Had an 11 am pickup at our Amsterdam hotel to the cruise port. Called at 11 and was told that there was traffic and he would be there eventually. Asked if I should cancel and order a taxi because we had a set time to be at the pier and the dispatcher said good luck with that and hung up. Called back to ask if he was coming and he said he already canceled it. I told him it would be reflected in his review and hung up. He actually called me back to say my review didn’t matter.
Wassim was helpful, a safe driver, and very kind. If you have a lot of people & luggage, ensure you let them know, so they can accommodate your party (we had 7 adults & 13 pieces of luggage).
It was a Comfortable ride and courteous, friendly driver. Enough room for 4 people with a ton of luggage.

The driver presentation and attitude were disappointing. He was not dressed appropriately and did not show the level of respect and courtesy expected in this type of service. Professionalism should extend beyond driving to include appearance and respectful communication with clients, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards.

Viator booked us with Amsterdamse Taxi. Our driver called a little before our pick- up at the crowded Cruise terminal. After introducing himself he sent a pic of the car/ license no. He was on time, very professional, courteous. We would use Amsterdamse Taxi in future visits.
