No contact from company. Driver did not arrive. Viator could not contact company either. Reverted to uber.
Booking was easy Viator Viator. Everting went well the taxi we had was for 5 persons so a mini bus was sent. All on time and the driver came into the hotel nice and early with my name on so he easily found us. Very good value airport transfer. Bus was clean and the driver was a careful driver.
First off when i reached out to them to confirm my pick up they could not locate my ticket number from Viator in the system, even though i sent them a screenshot that also had my name in the ticket. They just dismissed me and said my ticket was not with them. I had to suggest them to look up my info by name. Most airport transfers asks you for flight info to make sure they drop you off at the correct terminal. I had a connecting flight to Cairo on my way home to the states. The driver asked me where I was going I said USA he responded “international?” I said yes unbeknownst to me because of my connection I would be flying domestic. The driver dropped me off at international terminal the baggage cart guy was the one who said I was at the wrong gate but when we turned around the driver was gone. I had to pay a taxi $20 for a 3min ride to the correct terminal. You all should work better on communication and keeping a track of your customers.
