Amazing service thru IBK. On time,the driver was very helpful and friendly, we used this for airport transportation. He was a saw driver and carried all the luggage without drama. Very reasonably priced from tge others
Booked and it said confirmed but needed more info. Really, what info? You charged my credit card then left me hanging. So I message and call. No response from company WHATSOEVER. Had to have concierge call company and ask if they were coming. 20 minutes late. PRIVATE TRANSFER yet had another guest in front. The driver needs to learn to drive! Swerving and jamming on brakes, driving like an idiot. Not happy AT ALL with this company.
The company never showed up. They also never called us or answer the phone. We didn’t know what to do and we had to have another transportation which delayed us to arrive to our hotel. We summit a request for a refund. Bad service from the company and from TripAdvisor.
Bronley is absolutely AMAZING and TRUSTWORTHY. He is always prompt in responding to texts. Very reliable and trustworthy. My daughter and her friends required transportation to their resort and I knew that Bronley was the only person that I could trust. They thought he was funny and so nice. He even texted me to let me know that he dropped them off safely. Above and beyond service. We have been using Bronley for several years and will continue to use him.
We had a large group (10 people) so I ordered 2 cars. We waited over an hour- they 'said they were at the wrong exit- they were outside Jet Blue'. We were on United- I had given the airline, flight number and time of arrival when I booked. Regardless, after repeated phone calls, a driver showed up- he said the owner had called him and asked for a favor to pick up a large group. He came right away so the dispatcher was lying about being at the wrong exit....
Our ride never showed up at the airport in Punta Cana. We had to take a cab instead and we were never contacted about this either.
They were on time and took really good care of us. Handled all of our luggage for us! Didn’t drive bad.
