Professional and quick transfer, driver was on time very polite and friendly. He graciously helped load the bags and was helpful answering our questions and drove safely. It was a great ride to our hotel in Uveo Alto.
United cancelled our flight from MSY -IAD - PUJ. We got the notification at 1:30 am the day of our flight that was supposed to be at 8 am. It put us in panic mode and there was absolutely no way we’d make our connection to IAD. We were immediately able to book our selves on Southwest at 5 am to HOU and onward to Punta Cana on Southwest. We had in our planning chose Sol Cana Transport to drive us to our Hotel Excellence El Carmen. We arrived in Punta Cana at 1:50 instead of the 4pm originally scheduled. Let me just say with the utmost professionalism and quick as could be the company immediately sent a van no wait no problem to pick our group up from the airport. Kelly arrived greeted us and our driver “Hector the Protector” with big smile welcomed us grabbed our bags settled us in the Van cool as could be with A/C. Hector was just as pleasant and respectful as could be. He drove us safely and was courteous to other drivers on the route. We also received a call from the dispatcher Tony who wanted to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend this group of professionals at Sol Cana and much gratitude to them. Deb Couraud USA
