Excellent transfer from hotel to airport

Our driver Israel put me right at ease with his professional appearance and demeanor. He was a smooth and careful driver. Picked us up at our airBnB and delivered us safely to our destination. It was nice to see the countryside on our 3-hr journey. He also told us a lot about the pottery, mezcal production, and local agriculture. So much more pleasant the the airport holiday weekend nightmare. Would definitely do this again.

This was a pricey transfer, but the service was very professional and we had a great driver (Daniel).

Alejandro our driver was so good - he is a very safe driver and knows the zigzag road well going to Oaxaca. Alejandro was also a great tour guide, very knowledgeable. He shared many interesting facts along the way. I think we made the right decision taking the private transfer to Oaxaca than the bus due to the windiness of the road.

Our experience with Gabriel was incredible! Super cordial, very professional, arrived on time and helped us with everything. And he is an incredible source of information - super smart!! He explained very interesting things to us along the way and had answers to all my questions! The administration via WhatsApp is very attentive and highly recommended to travel with Gabriel!

We visited Zipolite, Punta Cometa and Mazunte and another beach...the driver was very friendly...he talked to us during our tour about the points of interest, its origin, its history...the customs of some places...the different types of mezcal in the region etc.... all places had their charm... but Zipolite was our goal... it is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen... it is open sea... but with unparalleled beauty... next door passing A small step away is the beach of love, where you can swim very comfortably and it is necessary to have an open mind due to the gender diversity that you can find, also total nudity... everyone is very respectful and friendly. I highly recommend Ocean Travel as a responsible company, I had the pleasure of meeting the people who run it and physically knowing their offices, you can undoubtedly trust Ocean Travel widely. First we took the tour to the waterfalls and when we returned the driver offered us the next day the tour to release turtles and visit the bioluminicencia.....to begin are rigged tour. First the place where he recommended us to eat a terrible Service, cold food and delivered to. Different total time some ate first and last at 40 minutes. The tour was offered for $5000 and the plan was to visit the. Turtle release and bioluminescence. But what they didn’t mention was that the cost was $200 per person on each tour. Something. Exaggerated considering it was quick activities. Anyway be careful when booking...... I honestly do not recommend it

Investigaremos este asunto internamente para saber la situación y no vuelva a ocurrir nuevamente; en cuanto al restaurante sugerido, tomaremos en cuenta tus comentarios para reevaluar las recomendaciones que se brindan y garantizar una mejor experiencia a nuestros clientes. Con respecto a la duración de su experiencia, es importante señalar que existen factores externos, en este caso la naturaleza misma, que influye en la opreación y tiempos del tour, en este caso particular el fenómeno de la Bioluminiscencia se puede encontar a muchos kilometros de distancia o a escasos metros de la laguna, influyendo en los tiempos del recorrido. Para finalizar, sabemos que la transparencia es fundamental para nuestros clientes, y siempre nos esforzamos por brindar información detallada sobre los precios y servicios incluidos, sin embargo revisaremos nuestros procedimientos de información al cliente para evitar malentendidos en un futuro.
