There was a miscommunication of our pick up location with the driver. He contacted me to get the correct location and quickly came and got us. There was no complaining, no recriminations, etc. he was very polite and professional. Would use this driver again.

We waited for well over an hour at the Cruise Terminal for our driver to turn up. Finally after trying to message the driver and the company I borrowed a phone to ring the driver because I didn't have a sim for HK. Finally found where he was, they didn't walk around with a sign with my name on it at all, the supervisor of the drivers was lazy and really didn't care less. The driver was fine and got us to the hotel but I wouldn't rely on theses guys again.... they also lied about not being able to finds us.

Arrived at the Kai Tai Cruise Terminal at 6 am. Disembarked an hour earlier than expected. Contacted our driver through WhatsApp and he promptly arrived within 15 minutes. He skillfully maneuvered around dozens of waiting taxis and loaded our 6 pcs of luggage. He welcomed us to Hong Kong and got us quickly to our Hotel. 10 out of 10 experience.
