The pick up is on time. In fact Ahmed came early which is well appreciated. The car is nice and we reached Luxor on time.

Company was nice and good with communication , however the driver they assigned us was pushy about leaving an hour earlier , driver was not a good driver and would constantly speed over 120mph which did not feel safe, he did not speak a word of English which is okay but that made it super difficult to communicate with the driver . Other than that I got to my destination which is why I gave 2 stars .

Everything was perfect! Day befo driver Mo'men contacted us so we would have his number for the morning of departure. He arrived 10 minutes before and texted us that he has a arrived and the photo of his location so we can easily find him outside the hotel. We drove with a mini van, that was exclusively for us and it was comfortable, we'll conditioned and in perfect condition. Driver was fast, profesional and polite. He let us use his phone so we can put any music we want, so we had a very good yime 😊 There was free water for us in the car. Trip did take longer than 3h, about 4.20h, but that is normal due to many check points along tha way and the rest stop for coffee and restroom. Overall, we were very happy for choosing this service! Big thanks to driver Moamen and the operator. Will be booking again!
