Unsafe driver! Our driver seemed to be having a physical issue, stopping in middle of highway, almost crashed into walls multiple times! When we messaged the bosses they said they knew about this issue, which is even more concerning. Avoid!

After reviewing the trip details and speaking directly with the driver, we would like to clarify that this driver is a long-term member of our team with an excellent safety record and extensive experience transporting thousands of travelers without incident. Our internal review did not find evidence that the driver was experiencing a medical or physical condition that impaired his ability to drive. We also found that there was a tense interaction during the journey, and the driver reported feeling pressured and threatened by repeated comments while he was operating the vehicle. For safety reasons, our drivers are trained to remain focused on the road and avoid engaging in confrontational discussions while driving. If the vehicle slowed or stopped briefly, it would have been done as a precautionary safety measure rather than due to any inability to control the vehicle. We respect every guest’s right to share their experience, but we also stand by our driver and our safety procedures. A great experience getting us to our hotel. The driver was very nice and the Van was super comfortable which was greatly appreciated after our flight. The meeting point was easy to find after messaging the company as well. I would use this service again.

No one was there with my name on it to do the pick up. Then we waited 30 mins by the taxi/Airport transfers stand for our ride to turn up.

I got to gate and they said 10 minutes than I wait half hour and they say airport traffic. It was close to an hour I waited everyone else on plane gone , would have been better and cheaper with a taxi
We apologize for unpleasant experience, our driver was at airport on time but there was a huge traffic at the airport driveway. We do care and understand the each customer but this was the clear case of heavy traffic.
We booked this company for our trip with friends. Communication was excellent. Contacted us before we arrived and sent information on where to find them when we landed and transferred us to our hotel . Would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with this airport transfer. The company communicated clearly the gate to meet at, our name was posted and clearly visible, the driver was easy to find and the car was spotless and comfortable. Would recommend booking this service based on our experience!

Unorganized! Traveled with family and an infant. Booked this service to help us with time especially traveling with a baby. The service lacked organization. Name was very hard to find because it was clumped together with so many others names. After finding it, we were told to wait, the driver was still on his way. 20 mins later we were still waiting. The person with the sign didn't communicate anything to us or provided updates. Our driver finally arrived and we had to push our own luggage outside which was hard to do with a stroller as well. Do not book from them!
