This is the way to go! So easy, the car was perfect, but best of all, our driver, Matteo, was great. He was professional but also so friendly when we asked about buildings, history, or any of the sites. He made our drive an exceptional experience!

We booked a transfer from Fiumicino Airport to our hotel in Rome with Amico Limo, and it turned into so much more than just a ride. Our driver Gianluca welcomed us warmly at the airport and, instead of going straight to the hotel, took us on a wonderful drive through the heart of Rome. We were able to admire iconic landmarks such as the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, the Trevi Fountain, and St. Peter’s Basilica — all from the comfort of a spotless, air-conditioned car. The service was punctual, professional, and incredibly enjoyable. Highly recommend Amico Limo if you want your transfer to feel like the beginning of a private tour of Rome!

We booked 2 trips with them and one went smooth and great and the other went horribly wrong. I double checked with them before I left for the trip to see if they had the right info and they said we were all set. But then they weren’t there when we arrived from our 7hr flight. When I called the company, the man said they didn’t come because I gave him the wrong flight number. We were communicating through email but he messaged me through WhatsApp the day before my flight and I don’t use WhatsApp regularly so I barely check it. So needless to say I didn’t get the message and he didn’t try email. It felt like an excuse because he mentioned my flight was early. Well how did you know that? Because I filled out a form when I prepaid and gave him all my flight details including where I was coming from and time I was landing. So of course he could figure out my flight by that info alone. And I would think since I prepaid the minimal expectation would be to arrive when I told you the original time (it was only 1/2hr early). But instead they didn’t send anyone until I called them to see where they were (already waiting 20 minutes) then the woman that picked us up was very angry, had us walk across the whole airport then drove like a maniac. We waited an hour and 20 minutes in total for a prepaid and arranged limo when we could have just jumped into a taxi that was right in front of where we landed. And I’m sure it would have been cheaper. Very disappointing
We are sorry to read that you were not fully satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, when making the reservation, you provided the booking confirmation number instead of your flight number. We immediately reached out to you by email and WhatsApp to request the correct flight details, but we only received your reply after you had already landed at the airport. From that moment, your actual waiting time was about 30 minutes, not 1 hour and 20 minutes as mentioned. We understand your frustration regarding the parking, but please note that the designated limousine service parking area is fixed, the distance is short, and drivers are required to use it. Had we received the correct flight number or a timely response, there would have been no waiting at the airport and no misunderstanding. We are glad to know that your second service went smoothly — that is the standard we aim to provide. At Amico Limo, we take great care in serving our clients and are committed to excellence in our work.
We used Amico in April 2025. We were on a family trip to Italy and they were fabulous. Were picked up at FCO by Armando to take us to hotel, he was on time and very courteous. Van was like new. Later in week also eventually needed transfer to the port of Rome and had scheduled a transfer, Giancarlo was our driver and again he too was great. I would highly recommend Amico’s services as being efficient and reliable. Communication during booking and confirmation process was spot on.

Top of the line transport. Transferred from Rome airport to our hotel in Rome and then back to airport after our visit. On time and without any complications or issues. Very pleased and would definitely use them again.

We waited at the port for 40 minutes after our pick up time. We were in correct area for private pick up saw everyone's names but never ours. We gave up waiting as we needed to get to airport for our flight from Rome. Used a taxi from the port with a very nice driver. After this experience I am hesitant to use this service since it is not reliable.

Our Princess Cruise ended in Civitavecchia and we used Amico Limo service to get to our hotel in Rome. Our driver Dragos was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable of Rome and our trip to the hotel felt like we were on a tour. As he drove us to Rome, he gave us details of some of the sights and provided details on Rome and various places. When we got to Rome, he made recommendations on restaurants and advised us of where to avoid to remain safe. At the conclusion of our time in Rome, we again used Amico and Dragos to drive us to the airport. We can't wait for our return trip to Rome next spring so that we can work with Dragos and Amico.
