SCAM DO NOT BOOK
Here’s a polished version that keeps the review firm and clear: This tour and transport company was absolutely horrible. We booked our transfer 2 days in advance, yet never received any confirmation or communication from them—not 24 hours before, not the night before, and not even on the day of our arrival. Once we landed, we called and messaged the company multiple times, but received no response whatsoever. We ended up walking around the airport with our heavy luggage trying to find their sign or representative, but could not locate anyone. Airport security and police even assisted us by trying to contact the company, and there was still no answer on their phones. After waiting for approximately 1.5 hours, we contacted Viator, who also attempted to reach the company and could not get a response. This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially after booking and paying in advance. We ultimately booked a WeTaxi at the airport and transferred to Marrakech for the same price, and had no issues. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the stress and look for another transportation provider.

Great experience, highly recommend!
This was a great experience! My flight from Casablanca to Marrakech got canceled so I booked this a day before my scheduled trip. My driver was waiting for me outside the airport, communicated well and did a wonderful job driving! As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable. He provided water and great AC. Definitely worth it!

Car Transfer was smooth...
Car Transfer was smooth and easy. Driver came early and knows you by name. Car interior is clean, and bottled water was provided as well. Overall good experience. You can WhatsApp the provider and they response very promptly.

Excellent service. Our driver was available to meet us earlier than requested as flight was early. Monet was friendly, helpful and a safe driver. He spoke fluent English as well. I would recommend this provider.

After a rocky start -...
After a rocky start - driver went to Rolex hotel instead of Relax, and I thinking I was on a shuttle wound up on the hotel shuttle to the airport 😱 But Airport Shuttle Driver was able to contact transport to Marrakech driver and all wound up OK!

Casablanca to Marrakesh
Door to door. Much nicer than train travel. Very comfortable van with good driver. And a quick stop for a drink and WC. Highly recommended
