We are a family of 4 from the US - traveling with 2 small children (ages 4 and 5). We landed in Dubrovnik and had a bit of a wait to go through the new EES system and to grab our luggage. When completed, we walked out to find Steven standing with a sign with our name!! I was worried it would be difficult to find our driver, but it was the simplest!! Steven was VERY very helpful!! I was able to communicate with him from the time of booking a few weeks ago. He arrived in a spacious and immaculately clean van and already had the child seats installed for our trip! He even had a spare in case the size/weight requirements were off. He helped with our bags and gave us tons of recommendations for restaurants and must do things while visiting !! I highly recommend booking with this company!! Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations!!
We used Dubrovnik Transfers for our group heading back to the airport after our yacht adventure. They arrived in multiple clean vehicles with very friendly and courteous drivers. We had a great experience communicating with them during the booking process and during our transfer services. I would highly recommend them!
Our driver was excellent, waiting for us and helped with our luggage. The minivan was comfortable and the ride to our apartment was quick and easy. Excellent service!
I must admit i was a little unsure after previous experiences with transfer companies especially with no deposit to pay but cannot fault the company at all. The driver was waiting for us on arrival and the pick up back to the airport was on time. The drivers were both really friendly and helpful with any questions, we really enjoyed meeting them and having a chat, the office staff were great at getting back to me with any queries. Lovely cars with air con.
Steven greeted us at the airport; he was very kind and gave us a lot of information and tips for our stay in Dubrovnik while driving to the hotel from the airport. Polite and educated. Highly recommended
