Driver was on time and the vehicle was clean. No complaints this is an excellent service and very helpful.
100% unreliable taxi service that is not recommended by local hotels in Cusco. They did not communicate with me or return my calls,. In fact I have still not heard from them since I left my holiday on Peru. They simply did not show up.
There was a system error on their end with my initial booking for a pickup from the Cusco airport. They were very responsive to my complaint, refunded my money and provided a ride from my hotel back to the airport. I was impressed by their communication and customer service!
Arriving in Cusco was a breeze thanks to the excellent transportation services. Our driver, Edgar, was particularly impressive—he was not only punctual but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the city.
