Oplev det bedste fra begge verdener! En afslappende vandretur i en finsk nationalpark og en eftermiddagstur gennem den fortryllende gamle bydel i Borgå. Det er din ferie, så lad os tage os af detaljerne. At besøge en nationalpark er et MUST, når du rejser til Finland. Heldigt for dig har vi en professionel vildmarksguide, som vil fortælle din gruppe mange fascinerende fakta om finsk natur og kultur. I løbet af din tid i nationalparken vil du have tid til at tage billeder, udforske skoven og søen og nyde frokosten. Efter en forfriskende smag af naturen fortsætter vi til den magiske gamle bydel i Borgå. En lille og farverig landsby med brostensbelagte gader. Vi besøger Porvoo-katedralen, går gennem byens idylliske torv og kunsthåndværksbutikker, besøger Borgås berømte chokoladebutik og tager billeder fra den billedskønne bro med udsigt over den gamle bydel og floden. Under denne tur får du en virkelig autentisk oplevelse af finsk natur og kultur!

Afhentning fra dit ophold.
Når vi er ankommet til nationalparken (30 min. kørsel fra Helsinki), begynder vores gåtur på en sti, der anses for nem og egnet for alle. Under hele din gåtur vil din guide være der for at fortælle dig interessante fakta om det omkringliggende område og hjælpe med at besvare eventuelle spørgsmål, du måtte have. Vi ankommer til et træpavillon, der ligger flot ved siden af en sø i nationalparken. Mens din guide tænder bålet og laver frokost, vil du have fri tid til at udforske dine omgivelser og tage masser af billeder. Efter frokostpausen går vi tilbage til bilen og fortsætter vores rejse. I alt vil vi bruge ca. 2 timer i nationalparken.
Fra nationalparken kører vi cirka 35 minutter for at nå middelalderbyen Porvoo. De næste to timer vil blive brugt på at udforske den gamle bydels mest populære attraktioner såsom katedralen fra det 13. århundrede, de farverige landsbyhuse, markedspladsen og den berømte Porvoo chokoladebutik. Efter cirka to timer i Borgå, kører vi tilbage til Helsinki for at aflevere dig ved din bolig. -- Vores tur er dedikeret til bæredygtighed og bærer stolt Sustainable Travel Finland-mærket og Green Activities-certifikatet. Vi sikrer, at alle behandles lige, og inviterer dig varmt til at være med på et eventyr, der bidrager positivt til miljøet.

It is an easy hike in a beautiful national park. Alex, our guide, was fantastic. He was so knowlegeable and easy-going he made the tour a delight. Lunch was fantastic, the best salmon soup we have had so far. Porvoo is a well preserved town with cool shops and little restaurants. I highly recommend this tour.

We really enjoyed this private tour! The combination of the national park and Porvoo Old Town was perfect. Our guides were extremely knowledgeable and made the day both fun and informative. The highlight for us was enjoying a delicious lunch by a frozen lake. Everything was well-organized, and the pace was just right for our family. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Helsinki!

A wonderful tour to discover the beautiful Sipoonkorpi National Park with a short hike to the lake, learning about the different trees, berries & mushrooms. We heard a number of birds calling. Jeff & Maree then cooked a traditional Salmon Soup which we enjoyed by the campfire after a walk around part of the lake. Served with rye bread, it was a delicious lunch. The hot berry drink was also very nice. The visit to the old town of Poroo was equally enjoyable. We loved the colourful cobbled stone & brick roads & pavement and old colourful buildings. Jeff took us to the old Lutheran Cathedral, so much history. Coffee at one of the old cafes warmed us up, and we then visited a number of craft shops & a photographer’s gallery/shop & Brumberg chocolate/confectionary shop. Such a great fun day with 2 knowledgeable friendly tour guides in Jeff & Maree.

This was a private day including a walk in a national park near Helsinki, with a delicious lunch of salmon soup, followed by a trip to the village of Porvoo. Alex was our guide and we thoroughly enjoyed his company. He was attentive to our needs and desires. He is personal and friendly. The tour was exactly as described and kept to the schedule. We were transported in a comfortable vehicle.

This was a great day for our family of 4. Jeff is exceptional - made it fun and interesting. He also communicated well regarding the rainy weather and potential remedies. The hike and tasty lunch were really enjoyable even with a little rain. The Porvoo visit was a bonus. My college age “kids” loved it. Highly recommend!!

Walking in the national park was easy, informative and enjoyable. It was a peek into another aspect of the Finnish culture, including the salmon soup for lunch. Porvoo added history to the outing. All in all, it was a great way to spend the day.
