It is tough to tell. The people were great to continue working with us. We had many issues with delayed and canceled flights. The group was good at helping us out. The negative was the vehicle that took us was just ok and no water. It could be because the original booking continued to be delayed to have the company book something different.

It is not completely on the company. They were good to deal with once we connected. We had some issues with planes delaying our trip. I contacted the driver and company as soon as I found out. The driver amd number changed from the person I was originally talking to. We ended up having the company get us a different driver later. Unfortunately, this was a bolt driver in a mid size suv for 5 people with luggage. We ended up having to force all luggage into trunk and squeeze 4 people in the back seat. Ultimately grateful we ended up getting to the airport, but I would have been just as good ordering an Uber for a lower cost. Because of the mixup the vehicle didn't have any water and I was charged €25 more. That was about the cost of an Uber. I give it 3 stars because it isn't the company fault. The group was good to talk to once connected. In hindsight, I could have Ubered.
