Du og dine venner tager ud på en tre-timers og en halv spansk gastronomietur i hjertet af Madrids fantastiske historiske centrum. Du har mulighed for at opdage lokal spansk madoplevelse og nyde den unikke måde, som de lokale går ud for at spise. Du vil også gå gennem gader, hvor hvert hjørne har noget at fortælle. Når vores erfarne guide har afsluttet vores Tapas Tours i Madrid, vil din mave være fuld af lækker mad, og du vil også have et bredt kendskab til vores daglige vaner. Plus i alle vores ture er der en Secret Dish, som du kun kan finde ud af om dagen. Som en privat turné fungerer alt omkring dig! Vores starttider er meget mere lette, datoer kan åbnes. Du starter i et historisk konditori for at nyde et sæsonbetonet wienerbrød. Efterfulgt af et besøg i en deli over 180 år gammel, her vil vi prøve to typer iberisk skinke, manchego ost og ekstra jomfru olivenolie. Du spiser på en klassisk dybstegt blækspruttesandwich, en lokal favorit. Vi spiser en fremragende tapa og deler en flaske spansk cider. Smag en vermouth med dagens tapa, en favorit blandt de lokale. Afslut turen inde i en restaurant, der er placeret inde i en bygning fra det 18. århundrede med et stykke spansk æggekage og den hemmelige ret, der skifter hver dag.

Jorge was great, he was extremely informative and accommodating. There is a lot of information, it is probably better to schedule this tour early on in your trip as you get information about where to go and what to do in Madrid.

An amazing experience in itself with the very capable and knowledgeable guide Jorge Ortega. Not only were we treated to the flavors and stories of Madrid but we were also lucky to witness the Fiesta de la Trashumancia , which I have been calling the the running of the sheep.

Had a fun time with lots of local history and good food stops. Plenty food and drink. It was a lot of walking but welcomed between food stops. Vermut was surprisingly good. The calamari sandwich was surprisingly good and a fun local snack. We went to places the locals go.

Thoroughly enjoyed our walking history/secret food tour of Madrid with Jorge in Sunday, October 12, 2025. Jorge was welcoming, informative, friendly, humorous and very knowledgeable. We learned a lot about Madrid and got to taste some wonderful, local food samplings.
