This was a wonderful cooking course with a lovely friendly Moroccan family in their home. Together we prepared some typical salads, a chicken tajin with preserved lemons and a kefta tajin. Fatima shared some of her cooking tips and techniques with us. Her daughter Ferdaws gave excellent translation into English. The resulting meal was a true feast. I think I can repeat most of it at home, providing I can find ingredients as fresh and flavourful as those bought locally. Altogether a great experience. Highly recommended.

Today has been a wonderful day watching and assisting with a traditional meal in a family home. The hospitality provided was exceptional. I love cooking and to see this in a Moroccan home was amazing. The final meal so flavoursome, made with local ingredients. I would recommend this to everyone.

An unforgettable experience in the heart of the Blue City! 💙 We spent a magical time with the family learning the secrets of Berber tagine and traditional bread. The chef was incredibly patient with the children, and cooking with fresh produce from the local market changed everything. Many thanks for such a warm welcome. This is definitely the highlight of our trip to Chefchaouen! 🍲✨

More than a meal, it was a moment of pure transmission. The magic of Chefchaouen also operates on the plate thanks to exceptional hosts. A culinary and human experience etched in my memory. Thank you for this unique feast and hospitality

There is an art hidden in the kitchens of the Blue City. Thanks to this family for teaching me that Moroccan cuisine is patience, tradition and a lot of heart. From the tea ritual to the perfect point of couscous, it has been an honor to learn your family secrets. Unforgettable
Thanks
Cooking with a family in Chefchaouen has been one of the most authentic experiences of my trip. Not only did I learn to prepare a tajín, but I was able to share that warmth of their home among those beautiful blue walls that characterize them so much, I am grateful for the patience they had me since I can not cook, I was delighted with absolutely everything and I am sure that I will take the aroma of saffron forever and especially the memory of a very nice hospitality that has no borders. It was a real delight for the soul!🥰
Thanks . gracias.
There is a specific kind of magic in a Chefchaouen kitchen—the sound of the call to prayer echoing off the blue mountain walls while the steam rises from a conical tagine. Learning the 'pour' of the mint tea and the precise flick of the wrist needed to fluff couscous was a lesson in mindfulness. More than a cooking class, it felt like being welcomed into a lineage of tradition. I came for the photos of the blue streets, but I’ll return for the warmth of that family table
Thanks
Cooking Moroccan food in Chefchaouen is magical—rich flavors, warm people, and a blue-city charm you never forget , and with the hospitality of Anass , who is a friendly open-minded person , you'll enjoy the experience as if you are home.
Thanks
Honestly, some of the best people I have met on the northern tour of Morocco. They are friendly and I got to experience the authentic Moroccan cuisine. The atmosphere is amazing and warm. For the price and time, it's an stunning experience. Highly recommend it

Beyond the blue walls of Chefchaouen lies the warmest hospitality I’ve ever known. Cooking traditional Tagine with a local family taught me that the best meals aren't found on a menu—they’re shared around a communal table. Forever grateful for this taste of authentic Morocco!!!
