Denne tur tager dig fra Dubrovnik til Split med et stop ved Ston. Ston var den næstvigtigste by, efter Dubrovnik, i Dubrovnik-republikken. Ston har mure, bygget mellem det 14. og 15. århundrede, og strækker sig over 5 kilometer i længden. Murene var befæstet af fyrre tårne og bastioner. Ston har også store naturlige saltspande ved bunden af Ston-kanalen, hvor havsalt er blevet produceret i århundreder - et dyrebart monopolprodukt fra Republikken Dubrovnik. Historien om Split er allerede 17 århundreder gammel, og dateres til det tidspunkt, hvor den romerske kejser Diocletian besluttede at bygge sit palads lige på halvøen nær den store romerske by Salona, hvor han ønskede at tilbringe de sidste år af sit liv. I løbet af disse 1700 år forvandlede paladset sig langsomt til en by, som den dag i dag lokker med sin rige tradition, glorværdige historie og skønheden i sin naturlige og kulturelle arv. Split har også været på UNESCOs verdensarvsliste siden 1979.

We had an amazing transfer from Dubrovnik to Split. Stipe was on time, kind, and professional. The drive was comfortable thanks to the luxurious car, and we took pictures at a number of picturesque locations. An excellent mode of transportation between the two cities.

We booked this tour because we needed to go from Dubrovnik to Split and it was a perfect pick for us.Our guide stopped in Ston and showed us Ston and also we stopped in a little winery on the way and the red wine was amazing

Both of the towns are beuatiful and worth visiting.Our driver was excellent so it was a smooth ride and also he showed us everything once we arrived at the stops
