Rodrigo is so professional, excellent service, polite , respectful , he was attentive to every detail since before we landed and follow through until we met at airport, texting and calling us to make sure we were well , and on the way to hotel telling us important things about the city etc and in general , someone very pleasant to talk to. We were told both by chat and on the phone that they had availability for our date 5 days later. Booked online, got an email saying confirmation pending, next day get an email that the trip’s been declined. Please get your stories straight!
Driver kept very good communication at all times. He provided a photo of his car so I could identify it easily when he arrived about 5 minutes after I was outside with my bags.
