We were supposed to have an English speaking driver, and we did not say the language barrier was difficult, and we were supposed to have water offered to us and we did not. And we were under the impression we would be in a van not a private car.
Transport did not show up and had to take a taxi! Contacted Viator and rep said they would contact transfer company and how many hours we would wait at airport???? Not going to wait for someone that should have already been there to meet us! Was told that they would have to see if company would refund us our money!!! WTH! 0 stars!!!
Easy booking and they hold your name up on a sign. They were also on time and very friendly. Great experience.

My family of 4 including my mom who is in a wheelchair used this service. Josias met us at the Airport and he was very friendly and professional. He welcomed us to Punta Cana and the ride to Grand Bahia Esmeralda was good. Would recommend this service.
Excellent service… arrived at the airport picked up luggage’s and once we stepped outside we immediately saw a sign with our name. Very friendly staff, we were given essential info during our 30 minute ride to the resort.
They were ok, I was told I would see a guy holding a sign with my name on it. I didn't see that guy till I was basically out of the airport and on the main road... granted we were 22 people, however we made 3 separate bookings, 2 for 10 people and 1 for 2... there were a ton of people asking to give rides, so there was no shortage of that... anyway not bad, wouldn't repeat though
Vehicle had broken windows on the van and overall appearance looks like the van would breakdown. Several seats inside the van was broken and u useable. We were shocked when we saw the transport
Driver arrived early, and really helpful and efficient getting us to the airport. Was kind to sick family members ensuring the drive was smooth
Ive been trying to reach this company for a booking cancellation due to change of plans and it's been absolutely a nightmare. They've been ignoring emails, chats, calls even paypal resolutions chat. The airport transfer I've booked should be fully cancellable up to 24 hours before the service and my booking date is for Nov. BEWARE, it almost seems like they are not in business anymore. I even tried calling and no one answers. I'm going to initiate a credit card chargeback to recoup my money. Steer away from this company.
