I felt very confident had I had plenty of communication from agency before the trip. I had the driver outside waiting for me with my name written. Super safe and amazing customer service
I can’t express how happy I was with the service. The company notified me in advance of my driver details. Also, he reached out to me before as well as sent a screenshot of the driver so that I know exactly who is picking me up and for safety reasons it was unbelievably great.. I was a little bit concerned about entering a foreign country and not being sure of the drivers, but I felt completely at ease and he took us to our hotel in a very efficient and reliable way.
Driver was on time and very friendly. He gave us trip advise on the way to the resort . Van was cool and clean.

Horrible service. Driver showed up late at airport and the “meet and assist” did not even exist. Getting to him was hard as he did not give clear instructions on where to go or where to meet him. The premium vehicle was just a standard Toyota, had to ask 4 times to close the window due to the heat at 9PM
They were informed of our pick up time at the time of booking. After getting paid and us being at our destination, I had to reach out to confirm the pick up, and that’s when they pushed it 45 minutes out. After waiting 50 minutes, on that day I called. I was told to take a taxi. It seems they couldn’t find the driver.
They were patient and reliable. Flight got cancelled and made adjustments no problem. I wanted the car to be nicer it was a bus but it did the trick

The transportation representatives were pleasant and courteous. They were reasonable and they had a sign with my name on it, which was great!
