Excellent dive outfit in Maui!
What a great experience. I co-ordinated with Ty who was friendly and helpful. Then my dives were with Austin. My first dive i was rusty as I had not been for a while, but it was a good experience as it was my child's intro dive. The second dive I was smooth again and what a magnificent dive. Dozens of turtles, stunning reef and endless variety of sea life. Austin is a cool guy and was calm, experienced and also helpful.
Would recommend this outfit to anyone looking to dive in Maui. Would also recommend Maui!

We love getting first time Intro to Scuba Divers out with their family/friends that are certified. Doing the the refresher, as you did tie in with the Intro class seamlessly and makes for a fun experience for all.
Our entire staff are fun & very professional and absolutely love what they do, and Austin is a prime example as you stated.

Awesome Dives with Sam In2Scuba
Had a great time on a couple dives with Sam. We dove Airport Beach and the Mala Wharf. Saw a lot of sea life including white tipped reef sharks, turtles, rays, eels and all kinds of fish. He was super chill and easy to get along with. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we had. The gear worked great as well. Highly recommend Sam and In2Scuba, they were great communicators and the paperwork and scheduling was a breeze. Thank You!

100% recommend!
Ty was great! You could tell safety mattered. He was patient and thorough with the dry land lesson and practice getting familiar with the gear. Once we hit the water, we felt prepped and ready to go. The actual dive was amazing! We 100% recommend Ty for your next scuba trip.

Excellent scuba experience with Ty
We have been snorkeling/free diving on Maui since 1990. I was afraid to try scuba diving because I felt more in control of my breathing with a snorkel. My adult children talked me into taking a chance on scuba and we book our intro course with In2Scuba. Wow! what an excellent experience we had with Ty from the moment we met him. He explained everything clearly and I was surprised by how comfortable he made us feel. He truly sets the tone to the level of experience of the group, and we couldn't get enough, our time flew by as we were so engaged and comfortable under the water. Thank you Ty for making our first (and definitely not last) scuba experience to fantastic!!!

Amazing dives!
Me and my daughter went for some amazing dives. We were very good taken care of and the sea life was truly fantastic. We both loved it.

Don’t do it. He was a no show.
Our guide for our dive that I booked for me and my husband on our 20 year anniversary was a no show. When I finally got a hold of him, he said he had a head injury. He sounded like he was hung over. We booked our trip months ago. F you trip advisor and f you scuba company. This was supposed to be the highlight of our trip and instead we drove and waited hours for nothing.

If you were not aware there was a devastating fire in Lahaina and people died and homes and business’s including mine were destroyed. As a result, everything has been in Chaos on the island
I'm very sorry that during this time Viator had an error with your reservation.
This is a one time ever occurrence & something that was NOT in our control. Nor was my accident that caused me to sustain a concussion while working on my home that was damaged by the Lahaina fire; as I told you during our call the day of…..
We are a business that burned in the Lahaina fire and many things were out of our control. Electricity, water internet were all down for months. I am also a human, thank you for your concern.
This was an issue with Viator not connecting their system to our reservation system, and as a result, we were not informed of the reservation you had made. I understand your frustration with the error on Viator's part, as well as the challenges we faced in reconnecting our systems after the fire. I want to assure you that this was a rare and unforeseen occurrence, and we did not have control over the situation. Despite our best efforts, the disruption caused by the fire and its aftermath significantly impacted our ability to operate normally.
While your reservation was being made on Viator, you were instructed to do as follows to avoid any errors, or an unforeseen Natural Diaster..
“Meeting instructions:
After you make your reservation. We must speak to you in order to get our confirmation letter with all detailed instructions. Locations may change. Important!!! Please call 808-264-8198 once you have booked.
Aloha”
This was not due to negligence on our part. If we would have been alerted that your reservation was made via the call we requested from you, and also by Viator, this would not have happened. Your call was immediately returned on the day of the scheduled time. At which all this was explained to you..
As for the head injury:
Yes, I did have a fall while trying to repair my home damaged by the fire in Lahaina. And as I told you, I personally would have been there immediately, but could not as per my doctors advice. This was NOT due to a hangover, as it is hard to get a hangover if you are not a drinker.
Once again I apologize for the inconvenience that this Fire caused you.
I hope your trip to Maui was a beautiful experience.

Great value, awesome experience, and lots too see
We did a great dive along the Warf with Kevin as our guide. It was awesome and we saw so many things, including turtles at the "cleaning station" and 3 whitetail reef sharks. We had so much fun that we booked another night dive the next day and had a blast on that one too!

In2SCUBA private intro with Mike
This was my daughters (age 11) first experience with SCUBA diving. Mike (her instructor) was fantastic! He was very thorough covering all the required skills. He communicated this perfectly for my daughter to grasp and understand. Mike made it fun and not intimidating. It was a great experience and I highly recommend In2SCUBA in Maui. GREAT JOB Mike! Awesome experience
Best dive in Maui baby beach. Instructors were phenomenal pointing out the everything and assisting everyone to have a great dive.

Great instructor, great gear, and great trip!
Absolutely fantastic. They thought of everything and were very accommodating. Kevin was our instructor and was warm, knowledgeable, helpful, and very fun. Teen kids loved it. They took us to an amazing spot that was easy for beginners, on a beautiful beach, but was also great diving. Would give more than 5 stars if it were an option. Highly recommended!
