I found this class online and liked that you can choose the dishes you want from a long list. Vegetarian only? No problem. Just curry? No problem. Food from one region of India? No problem. Only breads and cakes? No problem. I wanted a menu that I could cook as a dinner party back home and chose to make: butter chicken, lamb rogan josh, Goan fish curry, dal makhani (black lentils) and naan. All the ingredients were waiting when I got to Mrs Manju’s house with only some chopping, mixing and the cooking to do. Everything was explained with lots of tips that will make it easier next time. The dishes I cooked were delicious and I would have been happy with any of them if I had been served them in a restaurant!
