We were delighted to pass through your agency and are satisfied with the service city tour Hurghada. A huge thank you to Bebo for his professionalism, patience, punctuality and kindness. He took the time to explain every corner of the city with beautiful anecdotes. He took the time for every place he visited. We were able to see the local life through the souks, the auction, the Marina , the Al Mina Mosque, the Cathedral of Saint Shenouda , the port... the visit from 6 pm to 9 pm is perfect. Booked this taxi for 6 of us via WhatsApp very good service advised us 2 taxi would be cheaper. When taxi was on its way they WhatsApp you a pic of the car and driver. When getting in the car the driver gave the kids a lollipop and the adults chewing gum. Top service and very good price

We booked a city tour of Hurghada quickly and easily via WhatsApp this afternoon. Our driver (Bisho) was great. We would book a trip anytime again with 123Taxi&Tour Hurghada. And to be honest.... Luxor is already booked. 😉

During our stay in Hurghada this private city tour booked in the evening and picked up the next morning at 9:30 sharp to our hotel. Fine correspondence via mail and whatsapp. Our driver/guide was Mikhael Beshoy. Interesting tour with a local. In the beautiful locations such as the mosque, the cathedral and the marina. But he also takes you to the shipyard, the fish market, vegetable market and the souks in the old town where you get a good idea of the city next to the luxury hotel resorts. We give 123 Taxi & tours 5 stars for the very smooth communication and Mikhael 5 stars plus to get to know us so frankly Hurghada and its people and history. Highly recommended!

I was staying in Sahl Hasheesh and due to depart 48 hours after the latest short notice pre-departure Covid test was required back in the UK. I inquired costs etc., in English, with 123 taxis through What's App. I received an accurate, very competetive price for a driver to take me to the test centre and back to the resort within minutes. I was given the drivers name, the make and model of the car and confirmation of collection time. I received more messages from the driver when he was on his way and when he arrived. He waited for me at the Test Centre and offered to collect my results for me before picking me up to take me to the airport the next day. Not only did he collect the results he sent me a PDF file of the certificate in the morning and handed over the paper copy when he arrived in the afternoon. 123 taxis made what could have been a very expensive and frustrating situation a pushover. They are highly efficient, easy to deal with and excellent value. I look forward to using them again next time I visit.
