Han was amazing. Very professional and accommodating. He vene to score us 7 tickets to hobbiton with only a few days notice in beginning of January.
10/10 recommend! Owen was a great tour guide, nice, very informative, provided us with a car seat, gave us ton of recommendations for our trip; and we had the best time at Putaruru and Hobbiton.
Very great day! Hobbiton is super worth it and so were the glow work caves. The tour is very organized. We were picked up directly from our hotel which was super convenient and Kennith provided us water and snacks. He took us to a cute town where we got to get lunch and then the tour ended with the glow worm caves which was a very unique experience. We started at 6:30am and returned around 5:30 pm Overall an amazing day! Highly recommend!
Hobbiton is absolutely fantastic and its guides (shoutout to Deon) make the experience unforgettable. The glow worms in the Waitomo Caves are a beautiful sight and in the light their long strings an equally impressive sight. The private tour operator HAN made the whole day perfect. His friendly and cheerful manner, customer service and extra efforts make him the perfect driver for the day. We highly recommend him and would book him anytime again.
Hobbiton is really awesome. And we went to the Watutapu because we had additional time. It was a total pleasure as was our fantastic tour guide. So kind patient and helpful. Great ideas a kit what and how to visit each location.
Han was great! We really appreciated his patience and kindness. Five stars, though I will say I expected that this would be more of a tour than it was. This was ultimately more of a private driver who provides your itinerary and excursion tickets though.
We had a private tour from Auckland to Tapuia, Rotorua - redwood forests, Blue Springs, Waitomo glow worm caves and back with Stephanie. She was very thoughtful, flexible and accommodating even before the trip! Stephanie brought us water and snacks since we were starting at 7am. She made sure to check in with us several times for comfort breaks during long stretches of driving. She even recommended a small adjustment to the itinerary to Blue Springs once she realized we preferred nature walks. This ended up being the highlight of the day! For specific activities like Tapuia and Waitomo caves, Stephanie would drop us off at the starting point and we would find her waiting as soon as the tour was done. She is a very good driver and responded to all our questions and shared stories herself to establish a common ground. Once she knew we were going to drive down to South Island ourselves for the rest of our trip, she gave us several helpful driving tips and souvenir alternatives we could watch out for. Highly recommend Stephanie for a personal tour with families or couples. She is very friendly, reliable and accommodating.
Han’s tour was absolutely fantastic and so much fun! He was always on time, super thoughtful, and went out of his way to take care of every little detail. Even though it was a crazy busy season with everything sold out, we felt like VIPs on his tour. The snacks, the laughter, and his positive energy made the whole experience unforgettable. This was one of the best tours we’ve ever been on! Han took amazing photos that captured all the best moments and made sure everything ran smoothly. His positive attitude and care for us truly made us feel special throughout the entire tour. If you’re looking for a memorable experience, you definitely won’t want to miss this tour. Thank you, Han, for making this such a memorable experience! :)
Excellent all day tour. It was a lot of time in the car but, Han made the time pass quickly. He was very knowledgeable of the area and the tours. He took us to our starting points and was waiting for us when we returned. I would highly recommend this trip with Han.
Absolutely amazing day spent with Han! Felt like we were with a long lost friend showing us all the best things in New Zealand! Can’t wait to come back and utilize his services again! Wish I could give 100 stars!
