Vi ankommer til Luxor, vi vil have chancen for at udforske alle de fascinerende seværdigheder og vartegn. Vores rejseplan er rig og fuld, og du vil have mulighed for at besøge Kongernes Dal, hvor de gamle faraoer blev begravet sammen med deres skatte og majestætiske artefakter. Vi besøger også Hatshepsut-templet, et udsøgt mesterværk af gammel egyptisk arkitektur, der er skåret ind i de rene kalkstensklipper. Det er et storslået tempel, der fortæller den bemærkelsesværdige historie om en af de mest magtfulde og indflydelsesrige kvindelige faraoer i egyptisk historie. Og lad os ikke glemme Memnon-kolosserne, to gigantiske stenstatuer.

Kongernes dal er en kongelig gravplads i det gamle Egypten, hvor mange faraaer inklusive Tutankhamon blev begravet i kunstfærdige underjordiske grave.
Memnons kolosser er tow massive stenstatuer af faraoen amenhotep iii, som engang bevogtede indgangen til hans lighustempel
Hatshpsute templet er et storslået morturay tempel dedikeret til dronning hatshpsute en af de få kvindelige faraoer i Egypten

The trip did not start well. Driver at hotel looking for another couple with wrong details, at 4am in the morning this wasn't a great start. The driver was good, let us sleep, we picked up Mamood our guide in Luxor. after Valley of the Kings he informed us that to cross the Nile and go to a banana plantation would be an extra £35 each !!! After already spending £290 for the trip we did not want to see bananas for another £70. We said no. We then did NOT get to cross the Nile on boat, so this was not included in the price quoted. The sights were great, the guide had great knowledge. Would i recommend this company again - NO

The Nile crossing from the East Bank to the West Bank is normally included in this trip. Unfortunately, on this particular day Luxor was extremely busy and our regular guides were already assigned to other guests. We therefore arranged a replacement guide at short notice, and regrettably he was not fully aware that the Nile crossing was included as part of your itinerary. Had we been contacted during the trip, we would have resolved this immediately. However, we were informed after the tour had finished. As a goodwill gesture, we issued a £20 refund, which you confirmed you were happy with at the time. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the sights and found the guide knowledgeable, and we genuinely regret the miscommunication that affected your overall impression. Your feedback has been taken on board to ensure all guides are fully briefed going forward, especially during peak periods in Luxor. Thank you again for your review.
100% recommend Hurghada Fun Day Trips. Sara is amazing. I booked all our trips before getting to Egypt, Sara was constantly at the end of the phone before during and after our holiday answering all my many questions and checking we were happy. we did dolphin house on xmas day and got to spend the day with Sara and some other lovely customers. it was such a memorable day snorkeling and dolphin watching. We also did the private tour to Luxor, I cant recommend this enough. it was myself. my husband and 15 year old. its a long day but my word worth it. it was the best day and created life long memories. our driver made us feel safe and our tour guide Mahmood was phenomenal. His knowledge and passion was 2nd to none. He kept us safe from over zealous sellers and made sure we weren't harassed. our final trip was quad biking in the dessert, with a camel ride and bedouin village with star gazing. Again a lovely experience. Every trip was well organised, the staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Sara clearly does her research and only uses trusted drivers and staff. she absolutely made our holiday. Thank you xx

This was one of 2 tours we booked with Hurghada Fun Day Trips and we had a great day. We booked it as a private tour for our party of 11, and they were very flexible with our drivers collecting us at 4:30 am before meeting our tour guide Memo . Being a private tour, we were given complete flexibility in the day, changing it as needed throughout the day, which for us was great given the heat. Memo was very knowledgeable and gave us some great information as we went around, we could have spent another full day there and still missed things as there is so much there! We could have done with an extra stop on the way there and back and there was meant to be one on the way back but I think it got lost in translation, no big deal but its a long trip. Overall, we had a great trip and I would be happy to use them again.
It was a super nice day with a lot of great impressions. The driver arrived at the hotel on time and drove us safely to Luxor. The guide was very friendly and explained everything to us exactly. The food was rich and delicious. Wor have booked several tours through Fun Day Trips and would do it again and again. We can only recommend Fun Day Trips.
We had the best time visiting Luxor from Hurghada with a VIP transfer van and a very good egyptiologist tour guide! I recommend this company! There were some extra optional costs that were not mentioned but they were worth it.
I booked this tour here and we loved it. From the organization, pickup to the return everything had been right. We had a super driver who had driven us in the private SUV so we were to ourselves. The guide was mega. He spoke perfect German and could explain everything great. Since we were so satisfied, we also booked other tours here (Cairo, Quad Safari, Organge Bay). We can only recommend the provider and we will book here even if we are back in Egypt.
