Hanny went above and beyond to make our transfer stress free. She was friendly and courteous. She even waited longer than normal due to delays at customs and immigration. After a long day of travel, she was a breath of fresh air and we were happy to have her. On our drive, she gave us recommendations of tours and site seeing. As we approached our hotel, she even gave us some guidance on nearby restaurants and entertainment. I’d recommend Hanny to anyone traveling to Vancouver.

Our driver was excellent! Found us at the airport and handled our bags. Very knowledgeable about the area and had some great tips for us. Knew how to get us to the perfect drop off spot at the cruise terminal with no delay, and got our bags to the porters so we didn't have to do anything. Could not have been a better experience.

I needed a last minute transfer from Vancouver International airport to the cruise ship port. I realized it at 11pm the night before. Once I made my reservation online, Bernard from KJ Limousine emailed me right away and described where to meet after customs. He picked me up with my name written on a board on time and got me to the ship on time, hassle free. I really appreciate his professionalism.

We were 3 couples flying to Vancouver BC to board a cruise ship. One of our friends cannot walk much, so we wanted transportation to eliminate as much walking as possible. The driver met us at baggage claim, helped us get to the street and then brought the van to us. And hee dropped us off at the closest spot to boarding the ship as is possible. It was ideal for us. Driver handled all the luggage too.

We used this service to transfer from the Vancouver airport to the cruise terminal. The day was a bit stressful as there were some issues with our flight so we arrived much later than originally planned. I sent an email to explain the situation and they were great about adjusting our meeting time. Our driver Michael was amazing - so patience and reassuring as we were a bit anxious from the late flight and lost luggage. Thanks to his great driving and knowledge of the roads we made it safely to the cruise terminal in time to board and were finally able to relax. Thank you so much!

Being told that they had released my driver and no one was available to drive me, my 93 year old mother, nor my friend (she came to help me with mom). We were delayed 2 hours at the airport as mom’s wheelchair was lost.
Hi Joyce, I was on duty on that day therefore I aware of the whole incident. First of all please allow me to explain our company protocol for YVR Airport pickup, all commercial flight arrival has 1 hour allotted from the flight landed. On that day your flight was landed at 11:10am, and our driver was on site at 11:05am. Our driver has waited for over an hour, meanwhile he tried to reach you by phone but no answer, and from the office I’ve also tried to reach you by phone as well as via Viator message but both unable to connect with you. In scenario like this when we are unable to get hold with our guest after the entitled wait time since we already attempted to contact you by phone and by message multiple times, we will then notified our guest that we will release the driver. We did not receive a reply back from you at that time nor on that day, the next respond we received was your Viator message which was 12 days after the booking day. Our customer satisfaction is always our top priority, we are sorry to hear that the unforeseen events that has happened to you. I hope you enjoyed your cruise. Regards, KJ Limo Team
