We were visiting Rio as part of a cruise and decided to book a private tour — and it was one of the best decisions we made on the entire trip. From the very beginning, communication with Flavio was outstanding. He was responsive, helpful, and made everything feel easy and well planned before we even arrived. That level of professionalism immediately gave us confidence that we were in great hands. The tour itself exceeded every expectation. Flavio was an exceptional guide — knowledgeable, engaging, and truly passionate about sharing the history and culture of Rio. He created an experience that felt personal and up-close, not rushed or crowded. We learned so much throughout the day and appreciated how intentional he was about making sure we had the best views and meaningful time at each stop. Visiting both Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain was absolutely breathtaking, but having Flavio guide us through it made it even more special. The entire experience was seamless, memorable, and truly one of the highlights of our trip. If you’re coming to Rio — especially on a cruise — I highly recommend booking a private tour and requesting Flavio. It was an excellent call and an unforgettable experience.

Took us to Sugar Loaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Very informative/personable during the trip. Knows the fastest ways to get you where youre going and provides a fun experience even when driving. 100% recommend.

This tour was really fun, educational, and relaxing! It was fantastic taking a step back and just being able to enjoy someone knowledgeable take the reins! Flavio, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable, witty, and funny. Always went above and beyond! We do recommend taking the tour! El tour fue muy divertido, educacional y relajante! Flavio is a great and reliable guide. We had a great time visiting the Christ the redeemer statue and Sugarloaf mountain. Everything went smoothly. We got good suggestions for the rest of our stay
It was a wonderful day at the Christ and at the Sugarloaf. We've managed to take lot's of pictures and by the end of the tour I've droped you off at Parque Lage, which is also a very beautiful place, near the Botanical Gardens. Thank you for the great review and gave a safe trip to Paraty!

We had a bit of trouble with the staff as they didn't speak english very well. But the tour is good, specially if you do not have much time available. Well organized and nice views. Realtively cheap
This person placed the review in the wrong business. I am the owner and the only person who runs tours in my business. Have total control of who I take and have never taken this tourist with me. Can prove the review is misplaced when he says that he had "trouble with the staff as they didn't speak english very well". That's not the case.
We took this tour 2 weeks ago. The two attractions of course are " must-sees" in Rio. What made the afternoon really special was our guide, Flavio Alvarenga. He is very knowledgeable, speaks excellent English, and stirs up special interest in the attractions, Rio, and Brazil in general. There was an unexpected problem with the traffic near Sugar Loaf, but Flavio navigated the local streets and found a parking space that was close and legal! Because of the expertise, friendliness and enthusiasm of our guide Flavio, this tour was truly the highlight of our stay in Rio. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Had a great private guided tour with our guide Flavio. We did see the Suger Loaf and the Christ. We did see the cracy and beautiful Celaron Steps, and wonderful beaches ++. Flavio is a very friendly, smiley and calm guide, and can answer any questions you may have. We thank Flavio for a wonderful day in Río.
