Wow, Giuseppe is running an actual professional shop here. We’ve traveled A LOT (over 50 countries and counting). I’ve stayed at more 5+ star hotels than I can remember. Trust me when I say Giuseppe is the real deal. Comparable to St. Regis customer service, but with friendly service from real locals. Can’t recommend enough.
Great guide, Kristina was informative and very personable. We would return just to have her show us around in more detail.
Our tour guide was wonderful but we do not feel the experience was worth the expense. We also felt very pressured at the Murano Glass blowing part of the tour. I do not feel that the quality was due tonthe tour guide, but the tour company that planned the excursion.
This was a awesome excursion for our family of 10. Monica was the guide and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us in Saint Marks Square to find an ATM. The Marano glass factory was very interesting & the showroom was amazing. Beautiful pieces of art glass work. We all enjoyed this morning in Venice.

Great way to see the city and get some advice from locals on where to go. Glass tour was interesting as well.
Amazing experience. The tour of Venice covered all the main points and kept our attention without taking an entire day. Great for with kids who want the history but don’t want a 4-6 hour tour. The glass blowing tour kept even my teenage boys entertained. Amazing service, kept us informed and arrived on time. I’d definitely recommend to anyone.
Guide and water transportation picked us up at our hotel on time. Guide was very friendly - knowledgeable and accommodating. The glass experience was incredible - the artist made several pieces in front of us. Opportunity to view and purchase pieces. The family at the glass shoppe was superb - they even made a couple of special requests for us while we waited and watched. Guide then took us to a lunch spot she recommended - walked us to the spot and introduced us to the owners who treated us like royalty - with no reservation on a packed day. All in all - a great time for my family
Our guide Paula was the absolute greatest. Could' t ask for anyone better. Without her help, we would not have been ahle to complete tour
I had very weird charges on my credit card after using it on this website! Be careful , i didn’t use this credit card on any other website or any other purchase just this one! and suddenly i find 5700 euroes the. 3000 euroes charge on my card which was declined fortunately! this is unacceptable and very weird! be careful
