A private tour is best. Then your guide can work in your interests and it is much easier to ask questions, etc. Our guide Dennis was excellent. Informative and helped us find the area where our next excursion left from.
Our tour guide was wonderful, informative and helpful. She has lived here her whole life. She was very accommodating with my husband and me. I am Deaf and must speechread to hear. I hate that I can’t recall her name. This is our 2nd private tour with Viatour/TripAdvisor and I would highly recommend this one. Both were excellent. Merci!
The guide was very good to always look out for our safety as streets are busy in Quebec. We learned alot anout the history and culture of Quebec from our guide Serge!! He was knowledgeable and always giving us time to ask questions. A very friendly and happy guide! Excellent tour
We only had one day to spend in Quebec City and Luis Huertas from HA Services Touristiques did a fantastic job of showing us some of the city highlights and giving us very informative and interesting information about the history of the area exactly as we had requested ahead of time. He customized the tour to our interests and physical abilities (we're in our 70's) and helped us to appreciate and understand this beautiful city more fully. He is a very personable young man and speaks English, French, and Spanish excellently well. It might feel like a splurge to book a private tour but it will help you get the most from your limited time in the area. We highly recommend Luis Huertas with HA Services Touristiques!
Good your but our guide was too loud. Good for a large crowd but needs to tone down his volume if there are only two people.

The guide Denis was very passionate and informative during the tour. It was our first time visiting, a great experience and would recommend to anyone visiting.
Excellent tour with a fantastic guide! Ann was very friendly and went out of her way to get to know all of us. She is very knowledgeable about the history of Quebec, Canada and other countries. She made sure we had a few stops where there were benches so we could rest a little between walks. My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed it!
