Chaufføren henter dig fra dit hotel i Bern by for at få en privat overførsel til et af de fineste resorts i Schweiz Aeschi Village. Det er en af de fantastiske resorts i Berner Oberland. Aeschis placering i sig selv vil imponere dig med panoramaudsigt over Thun-søen og majestætiske bjerglandskaber. Fortsætter vores udforskning til Kandersteg med hensyn til at tage gondolbanen mens du beundrer den maleriske udsigt på vejen. Ved ankomsten, en simpel vandretur gennem de grønne lande i cirka en halv time for at nå bjergsøen Oeschinen. Her har du to muligheder, mens du deltager i den mest spændende aktivitet på denne tur, enten fiskeri på en båd eller fra søen. Temperaturen går op til 20 grader Celsius om sommeren, så du kan endda svømme her. Når vi er færdige med fiskeri og frokost, er det tid til at vende tilbage til Kandersteg og besøge Ricola Herb Garden. Samlet set en privat tilbagevenden til det oprindelige mødested i Bern.

I hate writing bad reviews, but I wanted to warn everyone NOT to book this excursion. The tour company has very poor communication and they do not value customers. The trip itinerary was changed the day before and we were told it was due to the original lake not allowing fishing equipment rental. It doesn’t make sense to me how the company is running a fishing tour with absolutely no idea of whether the lake allows equipment rentals. And while we were happy to change the lake they did n it inform us that there would be no snacks, lunch, herb garden excursion, boat excursion, regardless of it being advertised on the website. I have tried requesting a partial refund as we paid 1520 Swiss francs and I have reached out 4 times with absolutely no response. I am more appalled by this behaviour of not addressing customer concerns more than anything else. In addition, we were given a tour guide that did not speak English the driver had to stay with us to help us out and he informed us when we asked about the lack of activities, that it was not his jurisdiction. Overall, 0/10 experience. Please spend your money with some other company. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company for lack of providing services as promised.

Please know that the situation arose unexpectedly and was beyond our control. The originally assigned fishing guide unfortunately did not have the necessary equipment, and this only became known to us the day before your scheduled tour. In order to still make the fishing experience possible for you, we promptly arranged an alternative solution: relocating the activity to another lake where equipment could be rented. To help minimise disruption and any additional cost or time, we also included a hotel meet-and-greet service in Zurich, so that your driver-guide could pick you up directly, instead of having you travel to Basel. Due to these urgent changes, it was unfortunately not possible to include all the originally planned activities. We focused on ensuring that you could still enjoy the fishing itself, which we understood to be the core purpose of the tour. While the fishing guide did not speak English, your driver-guide was present to assist and translate throughout, doing his best to ensure your comfort and understanding during the experience. We understand that you attempted to reach us via WhatsApp, and while that line is dedicated to urgent logistical matters, we recognise that it would have been more helpful if the issue had been directed to our main office email earlier. Nonetheless, we take your concerns seriously and do not wish you to feel overcharged or disappointed by our services. As a gesture of goodwill, and in recognition of the changes made to your tour, we will proceed with a partial refund. You will receive a confirmation of this transaction shortly. Once again, please accept our apologies, and thank you for your understanding. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future under better circumstances.
