Their staff, namely, Diana and Ignacio were extremely professional, dedicated and committed to detail. Diana was on her game by keeping me in constant communication via text especially upon my arrival at Los Cabos Airport indicating my driver, Ignacio, waiting for me at Station three (3) underneath the yellow canopy outside the airport. Ignacio holding a sign with my name on it greeted me and escorted me to my luxurious transfer vehicle. I was then offered iced cold water and beer. So refreshing! A secondary text from Diana was received asking if I had located my driver and I replied “yes” enroute to hotel. Ignacio very knowledgeable of Los Cabos and its region provided great depth of information about the continued growth of the area, culture and its rich, coastal beauty. A third (3rd) text from Diana came through confirming my return airport transfer a week later. I acknowledged & requested Ignacio as my driver. Diana confirmed said driver. After Ignacio’s mini tour and it’s Cabo’s history, I arrived safely at the hotel. Based on my experience with Ballard Tours/Airport Transfer and it’s exceptional staff who were so kind, caring and considerate, I strongly recommend Ballard Tours/Airport Transfer without reservation.

Do NOT use Ballard Tour. I scheduled a ride from my hotel to the airport and I confirmed the date and the time of pick up the day before. On day of pick up at the scheduled time they did not arrive, I texted them and 20 minutes later they replied there was a problem and my ride is being cancelled. I had to arrnage for other transportation to the airport and I could habe missed my flight. They told me they would refund me but surprise no refund yet a week later. Contacted Viator support and they said there is nothing they can do, they will contact Ballard. Unbelievable. Be forewarned you may not get your ride if you book with Ballard nor get any support if you book with Viator.

They didn’t show up and never told me they weren’t going to show up. Left us stranded at the airport

Finding the pick up point for the driver was nearly impossible. Then the driver wasn’t there. Had to be called by one of the other outfitters. Then tried to charge us again at the drop off. Very poor experience.

Very friendly driver, had water and beer for us. Great ride through Ballard Co. Driver very knowledgeable about area and got us there safe and sound.

We waited +30 minutes at the pick up point. I finally found the number for Ballard Transportation on the web and called. Got a lady on the phone whom asked me to hold. Came back saying "I just spoke to driver and he is 20 minutes out... Sorry for the wait..." There is poor Customer Service and then there is Untrue Customer Service and "feeding your clients a line..." As driver showed up 2 minutes after I hung up the phone, clearly having been sleeping in the car, this just proved that the CS Woman was full of BS. Uber is now available in the airport... Just saying...

Everyone please please DO NOT book with Ballard tours for airport and hotel transfers. Their communication is absolutely horrible. They won't text you until the night before that they don't have any vehicles available, or their vehicle is currently being worked on so you're pretty much left to find a transportation service last minute. As I was waiting to be picked up at my resort, they messaged me and said they were 5 minutes aware. Fast forward 30 minutes later, they said that they've been waiting outside the premises and I needed to walk outside my resort to them because one of the Hyatt Ziva workers said they couldn't come inside. COMPLETE LIARS. They are absolute scammers. I honestly don't know how they are still operating. I had to keep calling them to see where they were. Had I not, I would still be waiting. Absolute disgusting company I've ever dealt with. It was also a hassle to get my refund back. Although they said that a refund was in process, I had to reach out to Get your guide customer service representative to get my refund because yet again, they lied and said it was processed when it wasn't. Please! DO NOT BOOK BALLARD TOURS. It's better to use uber/taxi at the airport. I ended up being even cheaper to get back to the airport with a taxi.

We waited at the airport for two hours. We didn’t have a number to call but finally the lady with Viotor sign called and. Got somebody to come for us. It was a horrible experience after many flight delays to not have transportation to the hotel.

I would tell other travelers not to pick your company. You stood us up at the airport and never came to pick us up.. I have contacted my credit card company to get our payment back of $100. You scammed us!!
