**Afhentning i lufthavnen:** Ved ankomst skal du samle din bagage og gå til ankomsthallen. Din chauffør venter uden for terminalen i Ground Transportation afhentningsområdet med et skilt med et orange Cancun Travel Experience-logo. Fremvis venligst din bekræftelse eller billed-id ved afhentning. Din transport vil være klar præcis 30 minutter efter dit flylandingstidspunkt og kan vente op til 60 minutter efter dit flylandingstidspunkt. Was so easy and he texted us to let him when where we were out. We stepped out of the terminal and he was there with our name on a sign.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. As a solo female traveler, I trusted this company to get me safely to the Cancun airport. Instead, my shuttle was involved in a serious highway collision. It was terrifying, and I later developed cuts and bruising from the accident. What happened after the crash was even more disappointing than the crash itself. The customer service I received was cold, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. Rather than showing any concern for what I had experienced, every response felt focused on denying my request and avoiding responsibility for my experience as a customer. The company repeatedly relied on the fact that I initially said I was “okay” after the collision. What they fail to acknowledge is that I was alone in a foreign country, shaken, trying to make my flight, and not comfortable going to a hospital by myself. In that moment, I wasn’t thinking about documenting injuries or starting an insurance claim—I just wanted to get to the airport and get home safely. To repeatedly use that single response to dismiss everything that happened afterward felt incredibly insensitive. When I later requested the incident report and documentation, I was told they would not provide it unless I first obtained a medical report. Instead of treating me with compassion after such a frightening experience, I felt like I was being given excuses and roadblocks. This review isn’t about assigning fault for the accident itself—accidents can happen. It’s about how a company treats its customers afterward. I expected professionalism, empathy, and a genuine effort to make things right. Instead, I was met with dismissive responses and a complete lack of customer care. As someone traveling alone, that experience left me feeling frightened, unsupported, and deeply disappointed. I cannot recommend a company that responds this way when one of its passengers has just been through a serious collision.

I had flight changes and contacted the team to see if my changes could be accommodated. At first he was responsive and I was able to ask my questions with prompt response. Then he completely stopped responding. I sent multiple follow ups to no answer. If they would not have been able to accommodate any changes (even though he initially said they could) that would be fine. But to just ignore the message thread in the seeming hope that I would just give up and go away felt dismissive and rude.
