The Best! For many years, loyal, very professional, I highly recommend.
Great driver, found him in the big group of drivers with signs but had asked if there was anything that would help us find him (certain colored shirt etc) and wasn't answered in the Viator app. Took a bit to find him. Water after a long flight and 1.5 hour drive would've been nice but wasn't offered. Otherwise all was great and easy transaction.
It was extremely chaotic and difficult to find anyone holding a sign with our name. When we did, it was another 20 minutes before the driver arrived to pick us up. The driver did not speak a word to us for the entire trip. The whole point of private transportation is to avoid the chaos of taking the bus, but this was almost as stressful and did not get us there much faster. Not worth the money spent.
Always reliable and professional We also use Viator when traveling they have great communication and customer service.
Seeing the agent waiting with my name on a placard was great, made it nice and easy, and the driver was excellent.
Super recommended, they always answered my messages. prices became relative but anyway it's cacun.
We took transport from Cancun airport to our hotel in the corner of Akumal. We loved it! The ride was direct. We were a family of 4 adults and a 6 year old. I booked directly with TripAdvisor and received email confirmations. Someone was waiting for us with a sign and my name. Good Service!
Rodas was amazing. He was there when our plane arrived 1 hour late and took us to Akumal. Our driver even stopped at the store for us on the way to the hotel.
