I have used Rimo tours previously and they do not disappoint. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, including assisting with luggage. The cars are modern, clean and comfortable and the drivers are friendly and safe. Will continue to use this company time after time as they never disappoint. Highly recommend.

DO NOT BOOK THIS- they charged double, an extra $30 once they had my baggage in the car, saying my hotel was not within their radius (no radius was listed in the Viator booking). Waited over an hour for the service for the ride at the airport, they were unresponsive and I didn't make it to my hotel until almost 1:00am. I emailed customer service 10 times afterward and they refused to make the situation right. Other comments show the same scam done to dozens of others. Horrible experience, do NOT book this.

Service booked in advance that allows to arrive serenely in Dubai center. The driver amjad balushi was very professional and was very attentive. I recommend.
Tamour was friendly & knowledgeable & made good use of our limited time. We were able to learn about Dubai and still make it back to the airport with time to spare.
After a lengthy travel from the states, the transfer provider informed me of a $30 surcharge on top of the original $26 agreed price. because my destination hotel was located more than 17km from the airport. The problem with this surcharge was that this 17km rule was nowhere mentioned when I booked the transfer and between the booking day and actual pickup date, this surcharge could’ve been communicated but instead, it was presented as a surprise charge. Definitely not a professional or courteous method of doing business. As a side note, I do want to mention the driver Rose. She was very professional and puncture. She expressed her understanding of my frustration.
