We went on a Christmas market River cruise so booked our transport to the Zurich airport from the port in Basel. The Rhine River had other plans, the boat couldn’t make it back to Basel due to high water. I was able to communicate the entire time and move our pick up location. Our driver Pascal was such a gentleman! Since we had a 1.5 hr bus ride to reach the pick up spot, he offered to stop for us to have a restroom break. He even had euros for us to access the restroom. He provide water and French chocolate for us in his clean and comfortable Tesla. Thank you Pascal for taking such good care of us and getting us to the airport on time! We will use this service again!!! Merry Christmas!

Wonderful! Our driver was courteous, polite and made the trip to Zurich "entertaining". We had to move our arrival time up at the last minute - no problem, he was there waiting as we got off our ship. Highly recomended!

Our driver is very nice and like a family! Our long trip never gets so boring! Because he engage with us very well as we are a very talkative customers! Hehe!
