Sri Siva Subramaniya Hindu Temple er et storslået monument i Nadi-byen. Tempelet ligger ved kanten af Nadi-floden og er det største af sin art på den sydlige halvkugle. Beundre det tårnhøje tempels udsmykkede udskæringer, skildringer af hinduistiske guder og traditionel dravidiansk styling.
Stop i Nadi Town for at få en souvenir-shopping eller vandre rundt i byen og oplev vores lokale butikker.
En god måde at blande sig med de lokale og prøve nogle superfriske produkter er på de lokale landmændsmarkeder og fødevaremarkeder i Nadi. Det er en ægte Fiji-oplevelse! Her får du smag på nogle af de søde ananas og de mest smagsomme bananer.
I den samme Nadi-baggrundsbane som i Sebato-mudderbassinerne er den sovende kæmpes have et vidunderligt sted at fordybe sig i Fijis natur. Haven fuld af orkideer og flydende planter ligger i en dal under et bjerg, der siges at ligne en sovende kæmpe. Følg den korte gåtur omkring en rolig tropisk skov fuld af fugle, skinks og andet dyreliv samt fiskedamme. Ved afslutningen af din gåtur kan du slappe af i haven med en gratis frugtdrink.
En kort køretur ud af den sovende kæmpe er Sabeto Mud Pools. Saml dig selv i tyk mudder, og lad det tørre på din hud, før du blødgøres i naturligt varmt kildevand. Mens behandlingen er beregnet til at udføre vidundere for din hud, vil hele den mudrede oplevelse helt sikkert appellere til din barnslige side! Komplekset drives af den lokale landsby, hvor autentisk fijiansk mad og souvenirer også er til salg, samt massageservice. Det er den perfekte måde at opleve "Fiji tid".

We organised a private tour for us and two kids (3yrs and 7 months). It was the perfect way to learn about the culture and see everything in a family friendly way. They brought a car seat for the baby and made the day easy. We loved our guide and appreciated that it’s a small family owned company. Highly recommend the Private tour (as did the kids - zero meltdowns)
Rakesh was an amazing tour guide and made the sight-seeing experience comfortable and enjoyable for our family of 5! We were able to explore some Fiji highlights and especially loved the garden of the sleeping giant and mud pool & hot springs! Very good Operator..Cruise changed arrival Day and Port to Lautoka Fiji and not a problem..New vehicle and Owner Driver.. Diversions not a problem due to Cyclone traveling through New Caledonia.

Shivaan was very flexible and found the best stops for our shortened schedule. His personality was warm and fun. He was a very good and safe driver, managing to get us to our requested stops timely. We bought some Fiji rugby merch at a local shop and visited the garden of the sleeping giants.

Such a fun and well-organised tour! Our guide was super friendly and shared lots of great local stories. I loved visiting the colourful temple, the lively market, and the beautiful garden. Everything ran smoothly, we never felt rushed, and the car was comfortable. A great mix of culture, nature, and relaxation — highly recommend!

Rakesh was an excellent guide! He loves Fiji and gave us lots of information while driving around. Our 1st tour was late, so we only got a few stops in but the temple is beautiful and the mud pool/hot pools was fun!
Rakesh was a lovely tour guide who picked us up on time, and toured us to the must-see locations around Nadi, and dropped us off at our hotel afterwards. We really enjoyed learning about the Garden of the Sleeping Giant and the Sri Siva Subramaniya Swami Temple. We're very grateful for the experience, and would recommend his tour to anyone. Great day that was very relaxing and enjoyable for us older folk. Guide was fantastic with lots of information and the car was immaculate with nice cool aircon. We were picked up from our hotel and began our tour to the largest Hindu temple in the southern hemisphere with plenty of commentary to inform us on all you need to know. We were taken to a lovely place in the mountains and had a guide take us around and explained the different plants, given a cool refreshing drink to finish in a beautiful Hut that had plenty of fans to cool you down. Next we went to the mud pools where the locals greeted us and gave us a small talk on the thermal pools and the mud to apply yourself. A massage was offered for a small fee. Last we went to the markets where we could buy souvenirs from the local ladies , buy fruit and vegetables and more importantly buy your kava. We then headed back to our hotel where we finished off. All in all was a great half day experience that can be booked at a suitable time of your choice.
