Nationalmonument (Tugu Negara), afsløret i 1966, ligger i Kuala Lumpurs Lake Gardens.
Istana Negara, Malaysias nationalpalads, ligger langs Jalan Istana.

practical info for non-English speakers 1056535603 Before leaving I recommend you to make a good health insurance and have a contact of an Italian guide for any emergencies. Arrived at the airport of singapore for those who do not speak English it is essential to buy a sim for the translator to work and maps. and ask if it also goes for kuala or all Malaysia. Arrived at the T1 I could not get in to see the other attractions but only the rain vortex area. leaving the suitcase is expensive but convenient and is the only place where they accepted the prepaid; otherwise even on the buses accept the bank card and credit card. For the whole trip seeing almost all the attractions of the 2 cities, I had no problems knowing how to speak English, but to eat and know what you eat or receive accurate information, you have to use the translator. A great and only good coffee is Arabica. You can google it. As for Batu Caves and its many steps, when you get up there there is another small staircase and you will see the open top of the cave, a small Hindu temple and lots of monkeys feeding it. For me it deserves only for the view and the meeting with the monkeys. The most beautiful temple is the one in the square. If you arrive by train like me they charge you to see a cave adorned with lights and Hindu statues. For me it deserves only if you are fascinated by the illuminated cave or Hinduism, also because there is perhaps as many steps to do. Unfortunately I did not inquire to get on marina by sands, you do it entering and approach one of the 3 elevators and telling the elevator if it takes you to the top. There is the swimming pool and the panoramic terrace. If you come from the supertree area and want to cross the street passing under the hotel, be careful not to miss it, because there is a huge shopping mall. The same problem I had although extremely smaller to take the bus from malacca to kuala. Remember to do the arrival card first as per the instructions if you leave singapore to go elsewhere. Arrived in kuala you will find the only great coffee there at the station; as to take the green line klia express, is illy coffee. Remember that Malaysia is a mixture of cultures and languages, so although the main language seems to be English, many do not know it well. I took only 2 taxis and 1, to Malacca, knew only Malay; also both accepted only payment with liquid money. People didn't seem to be available to people who don't understand English well. To go to see the zoo of kuala that is perhaps out of the province, I used 3 buses; the travel card of 3 days that I have always spent on the entrance-exit buses, on the second bus, on the 3rd day, was no longer valid. quini inquire if you have to pass it entrance-exit and if you want to go, you need another ticket. So it seems obvious to me that it is not just as they say it is for the days taken. There are no bars to go to the bathroom; free you can find them only in shopping malls or large stations and restaurants (few). Do not trust the forecast: it always gave us heavy rain but in 9 days I had a full morning in singapore and 45 minutes in kuala of thunderstorm. For the rest warm right and some very brief afternoon rain. More than anything else take into account the pressing humidity; at halfway on the 3rd day I came out in 1 leg the red increasingly extended and swelling, then started in the other. The taman will deny a guided visit, in the morning it is all 1 undeserved climb, better to stay on a deckchair by the river and take a boat ride. Indispensable ointment for insects and repellent. Also in the backpack: umbrella, amuchina, paper passport and on the phone, for both a plastic bag and for the backpack, because of the likely rains. I can't think of anything else useful. Have a nice trip.

Absolutely wonderful trip that I would fully recommend. It was a very long day, but there were opportunities for short naps in the car during transport (so bring a neck pillow for added comfort). Vikram was an amazing guide who helped customize the experience which was greatly appreciated. He was friendly, kind, knowledgable and answered all of our questions about life in Malaysia. Food was included which is great, but as always if you have dietary restrictions it can be difficult. I did bring snacks just in case (gluten free vegetarian are my personal restrictions), but Vikram was able to help me find options at each place. I should also note that I am not extremely sensitive to gluten, but would probably have more reservations if I was worried about cross contamination etc. My husband has no restrictions whatsoever and said the food that Vikram picked was wonderful and very tasty. All of the places we went to felt touristy (breakfast by Batu caves, lunch in Petronas twin towers, dinner on Jonker street). The ticket to Petronas Twin towers was not available the day we choose, but we instead went to KL Tower and were not disappointed! We still got to go to the Petronas towers and take pictures which was wonderful. The KL tower had a glass bottom floor where you could pay a bit extra and get pictures which was completely worth the change. The trip was comprehensive, fun, educational and a great choice for a day trip to Malaysia. The only frustrating part was that our transfer driver from singapore to Malaysia spoke no english making it pretty difficult to communicate. His driving also seemed a bit eratic which I did not love, but it was a short transfer to the border which was good. Overall a great trip that I would highly recommend.

Vikram was great , he was kind and thoughtful. Even though the trip was only a day trip, he was very thorough giving us a good view of KL, we saw the Petronas tower, national mosque, Batu caves palace and Pusat Banddaraya. Other than the sceneries he also made sure we experienced good food of Malaysia including Laksa, Masala Thosai and Chicken rice , giving us the experience of local food! Later , we also got to see Malacca city sites, the Dutch section of the city, the Formosa and the river. Showing us how the different different cultures assimilate well together! Thanks again to Vikram for showing us Malaysia within such a short time!

The 5-Star Kuala Lumpur Tour was a fantastic way to see two of the city's most famous attractions. Our guide was excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. They provided us with interesting facts and historical context about both the Petronas Twin Towers and Batu Caves. The tour was well-organized, and the sights were breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this experience to others visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable, making the journey even more enjoyable. The Petronas Towers were a standout highlight, and the diverse food options were fantastic. Although the day was long, it was definitely a rewarding adventure.
