Efter et par timers kørsel i den nordvestlige retning vil din chauffør sætte dig af direkte i Riomaggiore, den første landsby, der kommer fra Firenze. Her vil du starte dit besøg i Cinque Terre
Efter en meget kort tur med det lokale tog, kommer du til Manarola, bygget på en høj klippe 70 meter over havets overflade, betragtes som en af de mest charmerende og romantiske af de fem landsbyer. Her får du chancen for at beundre San Lorenzo-kirken bygget i 1338 i gotisk ligurisk stil.
Corniglia, en gammel romersk landsby, der har en lang og rig landbrugstradition. Landsbyen er omgivet på tre sider af vinmarker og terrasser.
Vejret og havforholdene tillader det, og hvis du vil, er det tid til at opleve den lokale bådtur mellem Manarola og Vernazza; på denne måde vil du have chancen for at se Corniglia (den eneste landsby uden mole) fra havet. Når du først er i Vernazza, kan du beundre den lille havn omgivet af farverige pastelhuse, den charmerende piazza og middelalderborgen, bygget primært for at beskytte landsbyen mod pirater.
Ved at bruge det lokale tog efter en 3 minutters tur ankommer du til Monterosso, den sidste af de fem landsbyer og den eneste med fantastiske sandstrande. Stationen ligger i Fegina (den nye del af byen) og med en kort gåtur langs kysten kommer du til den gamle by Monterosso domineret af borgruinerne og præget af typiske smalle middelaldergader, carruggi, med multi -farvede rækkehuse og typiske restauranter for at smage den liguriske mad.
Mød din chauffør i Monterosso, og efter en 90 minutters kørsel ankommer du direkte til Piazza dei Miracoli (Miracle Square), et af de mest berømte monumentkomplekser i verden. Tag et billede af det skæve tårn, og beundre katedralen og dåbskapellet alle placeret på samme plads, før du mødes igen med din chauffør for en afslappende 1 times kørsel tilbage til din bolig i Firenze

It was one of my most enjoyed tours! Everything was amazing! Donatello picked us up inside our hotel, and then drove us up the mountain and to the first town. While we were driving, he told us a bunch of information on what we were passing, and the cities we were going to. Then, he let us tour the city, and he gave explicit instructions on where to go and what to see. When we were done, Donatello picked us up and brought us right back to the hotel. It was an amazing day, filled with fun and adventure. I would totally recommend this to my friends and family.

It was a wonderful day! The sights are amazing! Mario was an excellent host. There is a lot of stairs if you don’t want to wait for the bus! We got to Pisa early and had the place almost to ourselves!

This was hands down the best thing we experienced during our stay in Italy. Mario was the BEST! Can’t recommend enough.
Putting Pisa as first stop was great. We were able to enjoy the place almost to ourselves as there were considerably less people. Cinque Terre was prettier in pictures than in real life. Vernazza was the highlight with the moderately difficult hike to the viewing point. Take this tour if you want to take charge of your itinerary. The only down side is when taking the trains, they are not usually on time from our experience and the train routes are not clear. The Italian staff are not also well versed on the train directions. The van driver should be able to communicate that from Manarola, the train usually takes you first to Corniglia and then you take the train from their to Riomaggiore. If you skip corniglia, it’s usually a longer wait at the Manarola station to take the train straight to Riomaggiore and then take the train from Riomaggiore to monterosso beach town as the last stop.

Unfortunately, delays, skipped stops, or unclear information from railway staff are beyond our control, and neither the driver nor our company can predict or influence train operations.
