This was an amazing day! My sister and I were traveling with our 80 + year old parents and this was a perfect way to see these beautiful places in Switzerland. Our driver was wonderful and we had a lot of flexibility! Highly recommend!

We traveled to Grindelwald and Interlaken however the travel experience was very disappointing because the driver was not a local guy and had very limited knowledge about the area also his driving was rough and he didn’t communicate well with us. We felt it was a waste of our time and money.

They are English-speaking local drivers, familiar with the area and happy to share information, but they are not required nor certified to deliver expert historical or cultural commentary. There is a difference between a guided tour and a tour with a licensed guide. A guided tour simply means the service includes someone to engage with you and share insights — but not with the depth or credentials of a certified guide. 🔹 The driver assigned to you is a local from Zurich, highly experienced and consistently rated 5 stars by past travelers. While we’re sorry if you felt the communication wasn’t as strong, we must also mention that some travelers ask dozens of questions — sometimes almost testing the driver rather than conversing naturally, which can be overwhelming. 🔹 It’s also important to remember that Switzerland is one of the most expensive countries in the world, and pricing reflects local costs, regulations, and service standards. Despite that, we take pride in offering private, flexible, high-comfort travel at a fair level of value. The purpose of this trip is to combine breathtaking landscapes, stress-free transportation, and local cultural touchpoints — not to provide a traditional guided walking tour. Pascal, our driver, was courteous, jovial, and friendly. The Tesla was immaculate and very comfortable, and Pascal was a very safe driver. At our request, he agreed to cut short our visit to Grindelwald so we could make a quick stop in Lucerne on the way back to Zurich. Beautiful scenic drive when not in tunnels!
