Car was dirty and need of repair. Driver was late by almost an hour. Please do not use them. There was no customer service.
Good day did you book with us or another Company as we do not know who you are, think you made an error here, we do not use car either to do our tours and our vehicles are wash prior to doing tours as well. Check which Company you booked with as we have no knowledge of your tour. Blessed day
Highly recommend this tour. Glen was outstanding informative and funny. The small bus was super clean . Easy to find in the harbor. Thank you guys for having an amazing day .

We waited over an hour for our driver and no one could confirm where he was or how much longer we were going to have to wait so we were not able to get our personal tour and are requesting a refund
we had Ricky drive us around for the day and show us what's going on on the Island, he knew his stuff and was very cool. We liked him and the tour very much

We had an absolute amazing time! My husband and I wanted something that was low key and showed us the entire island. This did not disappoint. Diederick was a fantastic host that welcomed us and gave us more information for the day. That said, Ricky, the tour guide, was an absolute rock star! We got to see the entire island, stop at local spots for food, and was even able to see some “off the beaten” paths he recommended. We will be back in October and look forward to booking another tour with them. This was a 10 out of 10 to be honest. My husband and I are an LGBT couple and we felt incredibly welcomed and comfortable. We highly recommend and cannot wait till next time. Thank you Diederick and Ricky! (Ps - The Rum Punch is out of this world!)

We had a great time in St Maarten. I'm glad I took my family on a private tour since we don't have to rush our day. Our guide, Rickey, really went out of his way to show us the whole island, both the French side and the Dutch side. We also had a beautiful lunch in one of the local beaches. There are no words to describe the hospitality shown to us by this group! We had a personalized tour of the island for just the two of us, and it was the perfect idea to get the lay of the land for the rest of our stay. Ricky and Candy showed us where to shop, eat, beach, as well as trees and the nature specific to St Martin. We also used the service another day because they took such great care of us.

We took our tour through Diederick SXM Tours. I would highly recommend this group and in particular our tour guide Ricky. We wanted to know some history of the island as well as some scenic highlights. He took us to places off the beaten path, told history of the island, the struggles to rebuild after the recent hurricane, and took us to a local place for lunch. He was very courteous and entertaining a well as informative and at the end of the day we felt like we had made a new friend. Again highly recommended. Some highlights were Grand Case, Fort Louis, Orient Beach, Scooby’s for lunch, and the town of Marigot.

When booking our trip to St. Maarten, I was in charge of the activities. As New Yorkers and coming from the land who invented social distancing, we only wanted private tours AWAY from people. Well, I decided to book a private island tour. Diederick communicated with me several times as to what and what we did not want to see. When and where to stop for lunch etc. Then, the day of the tour. Diederick and his beautiful wife Candia come to pick us up. They work very well together like peanut butter and jelly. Diederick, is extremely knowledgeable of all things St Maarten. He explained all of the history of the French and Dutch side. He also explained all of the plants, trees and uses for them as well. He also brought us to local beaches that are off the beaten track. I had wanted to stop for lunch at a certain place but it was close. Well, we found an unexpected gem. If local people like it, it must be good. I had terrific conch fritters. Candia seeing I was disabled, took special care of me helping me. I really appreciate all they did for us. We could have had a free tour from our hotel but I would have never had the pleasure of meeting Diederick and Candia.

Diederick the tour company never showed up. Talking with the supervisor there they never showed up the day before either. The supervisor managed to get us another private cab and driver who was excellent. He is George Phipps Taxi 0096--- 1-721-586-1085. George is an excellent guide fun to be with and very personable and accommodating. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed with George.
Hello thank you for your review, but due to updating our website and some other updating, we miss your booking, which unfortunately, has happened to each and every one of us one way or the other, we never said we were perfect and we do not demonstrate a perfect profile neither as we all are prone to mistakes and have made mistakes one way or the other. The policy we do work by is he without error/ sin/ mistakes cast the first stone. We did upon realizing the situation, contacted one of our co-assistant with who we work together with, as we said above, we are each other's keeper (we assist them and they assist us), we work for each other several times and we went out of the way to make sure we got them (the guest) up and going and to see that all went well. Unfortunately if you really have people of integrity and dignity working together with you and you with them, then their fruits thereof would have been seen here, instead we see a boosting of that which has no dignity or integrity but that of one who is of self and has no value for one's words, work or actions business wise. Right now the co-assistance is now wondering if the same worker George has been doing him (his Employer) the same thing that he has demonstrated here, a lack of respect for his Employer and we have just release the one in question as well. We have also had workers under our Company who was also doing the same thing, giving our guest their plate number and phone number instead of the Company (Ours) who they were working for and have had to fire them as well, and we are sure other tour Operators deal with the same issue, but to boost about this disgraceful act, is beyond me. We do hope next time the boosting thereof is of loyalty, dignity, integrity and respect. The same one boosting here of such an act which does not deserve any compliment or recommendation, would love for themselves, their Company, business, friends and Family circle the opposite to what they are here by now boosting about. We are a people of Dignity and Integrity (which involves errors or mistakes as human beings) and have never demonstrated any thing else, thank you and we do hope the boosting next time will be, that which you love others to do to you as well, thank you.
